It advertises with breakfast buffet but not in reality. Misleading and false advertising.

Venue was super easy access for grab pick up and drop off, very convenient to walk to any place, I love the air conditioning very cold no complaints about it There is no room slippers provided, need to borrow and return hair dryer at the counter every time, there is no foot dryer towel after shower or out from bathroom, wish the duvet abit thick, renovation taken place and can heard from the room, can heard someone took shower from next room hehe

The socket is limited for two only.. For tv & near one side bed only.. Sharing to use and we have to use.. Insufficient socket.

There were no programs on the TV, no signal on the WiFi, and the AC was leaking.

The fastest check in I've been meet. It's beside Damascus shawarma restaurant and walking distance to pavilion too!

The location of the hotel is the selling point. It is conveniently and strategically located in Bukit Bintang area. A few steps away from both the Monorail and MRT stations. Very near to malls, restaurants and everything. It did not meet my minimum expectation. Firstly the staff at the reception area are not very accommodating - stoned face! A robotic service - they are just there to work - nothing more, nothing less. On the night of our check in, the person at the reception (the guy wearing heavy eyeglasses) was very unfriendly and unpleasant - very disappointing. With the exception of Mr. Mohamed, he is the only one who is really showing interest and interacted with us. This hotel needs an immediate renovation.
