The room was great No parking facility, No breakfast facility like any other hotel and we had to make a choice with limited option a day before

No place to wash clothes in accommodations

Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing location. Had everything we needed. Very busy area for traffic. Can take time getting to/from the airport, especially when waiting for taxis. I found the floorplan of our room a little odd with the shower being a wet room opening straight into the entry way. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Location Staff very friendly and try to help in the best way Availability of drinking water, coffee etc -security available 24/7 -The staff their english is not the best -Breakfast was less than average, I don’t recommend having in the hotel as there are a lot of options in the surrounding area - there are some noises in the surrounding area which are disturbing

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang. The room was comfortable and clean, and i loved the ambiance, the hotel's scent was really pleasant and nice. Sorry we skipped breakfast, but honestly, nasi lemak wasn't really our thing. for future reference, it'd be great if the hotel could offer a more varied breakfast spread like other hotels. overall, great stay!
