Location Staff very friendly and try to help in the best way Availability of drinking water, coffee etc -security available 24/7 -The staff their english is not the best -Breakfast was less than average, I don’t recommend having in the hotel as there are a lot of options in the surrounding area - there are some noises in the surrounding area which are disturbing

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang. The room was comfortable and clean, and i loved the ambiance, the hotel's scent was really pleasant and nice. Sorry we skipped breakfast, but honestly, nasi lemak wasn't really our thing. for future reference, it'd be great if the hotel could offer a more varied breakfast spread like other hotels. overall, great stay!

The location is exceptionally good and convenient. Since it’s near the main road so in tends to be quite noisy eventhough it’s already at night. But no complains

The location is the best, in the centre of anything we wanted. Also the team was very kind and friendly, anytime we got support. Design of the rooms are descent and modern. Amazing view from the window. I expected the breakfast to be in the restaurant or buffet. Not high standard for such hotel to serve breakfast in the room only.
