Honestly nothing about this property was good except for location. It looks nothing like the photos, the sheets were definitely not washed, it all smelled bad and covered in stains. Towels were stained and raggedy. The room is extremely small so my partner and I could not be both standing. Restroom had a horrible smell and no hot water. The staff sit outside on the patio talking loudly on their phone at night (which the receptionist did apologize for). Reception is very kind however.

We are two persons but towel only one the washroom door did not locked and inside washroom have no hanger to hang towel or clothes

Woman staff dekat receptionist being sarcastic all the time. Don't know why. Is it hard to be nice? Had to change room cuz the first one semua plug not functioning. Overall worth for the price I guess. Location sebelah je Damascus.

Rooms are too small without window .. very small washroom I don't know who gave 5star ratng for this hotel

Good location 2-5 min to MRT and LRT and 1-3 km to other popular place such as Pavilion mall, KLCC Bad smell, there were smoking smell entire the room, no window

Building is a bit cramped due to sharing with other hotels, can't complain for the price though. Pantry could be better maintained in terms of cleanliness.
