I love that the property was in the heart of Bukit Bintang. The bed is very comfortable and relaxing. The room was straightforward to your need. We love the photography museum that we enjoyed taking photos and seeing historical cameras. The rooms are quiet small, its just right for couples or single occupancy. But overall it doesn’t matter as much since you’ll be roaming around KL.

Location accessable easily at bukit bintang shopping area. And if your shopping bag is alot to carry can drop by your hotel because it just around the block! Super convenient from my experience The room is too small for 2 person already. Plus luggage organizing is a nightmare because you will be put to work. So little space is hard to work with and organizing your luggage stuff

Room was okay, despite the smallest room I have booked, but it has all the amenities you needed. The only downside, it was just too dark. I won’t mind staying here in the future, but I will choose to book room with window.

Quiet compare to Millennium (cars reving making noise up to 1am) but not Gold3 Boutique. Would stay here again

Location Think the place needs to be checked thoroughly again as some rooms are really not up to it. The saving grace is the location and the nice staff. I stayed before and it was great but it's now needing an up lift.

It was a clean hotel and the room was clean as well. Staff was very nice, openend the doors and helped me carry my luggage. Bed was comfortable. The location is perfect. If you step outside you’re directly in the shopping district. I didn’t heard noises from the street in my room. The room was smaller than I expected. I could often hear people in the hallway talk in my room.
