You can’t beat this hotel's location in the heart of the vibrant Bukit Bintang area. The rooms are spacious and clean—not fancy, but they have everything you need. I especially loved the firm mattress. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, with a special mention to the housekeeping team and bell service. While the stay was mostly positive, the check-in process was frustratingly slow. Despite there being no other guests waiting, the staff member assisting us took an excessive amount of time to complete the process. Additionally, the soundproofing could be improved. We could easily hear noise from the corridor and the street, which might be a concern for light sleepers.

We lost half the night’s sleep to busy street loud noises coming straight through the windows, the frames are paper-thin and clearly not properly sealed. The bathroom setup provides little to no privacy

We had to last minute book this in the middle of the night. The staff was so friendly, patient, and understanding. The room was huge! The cleaning staff were also very nice. Thank you! The location is perfect for all your tourist activities. Not far from the trains, shopping, towers, etc. It's in the heart of a very busy area so there was construction on the street almost every night, late into the night for decorations and pop ups that was super loud. Nothing the hotel can do, just the price you pay for convenience.

We stayed only for a night while in transit… the hotel is in a very good location with access to lots of shops and restaurants which was great for us . We didn’t have breakfast or eat in the hotel’s restaurant . The beds are short . Not regular size I’m 178m and my feet were hanging out the bed

Center location for everything. Food and and beverages can be found nearby. Room air-conditioning is not cold enough especially during hot weather. Views from the windows not that great.
