Good location near city center, Metro, shopping mall such as NSK, local restaurants, 24h services. My rooms have excellent views from 49th floor. Rarely smile

THE STAFF AT THE PROPERTY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE VIEWS FROM THE ROOFTOP WERE AMAZING. THE ONE THING THAT THEY COULD IMPROVE IT TO ADD BREAKFAST OPTION ASWELL AS IT IS A HASSLE FOR TOURISTS TO GO OUT FOR BREAKFAST OTHER THEN THAT IT WAS PERFECT. HAVING NO BREAKFAST OPTION OTHE THEN THAT IT WAS PERFECT. THE STAFF IS VERY STRICT ABOUT THE CHECKIN TIMINGS WHICH IS WHY I HAD TO WAIT FOR 3 HOURS IN THE LOBBY

Upon check in one lady her name is Nida she is very ride and unprofessional

What I mean to say is they should have provided us the above without any charge as other hotels don't charge us for the above on request on booking

The staff was really attentive. They responded rather quickly. The clean up crew were attentive. The property needs an overhaul for maintenance. There was a leak in the master bathroom. The wardrobe door was jammed, the blinds could not be closed fully. There was dirt in the grout that was not removed. There was a bad odour coming from the room, pee leaking from the toilet and the maintenance team tried to do everything but only offered to change rooms on the third night when I was checking out the next day.

Beautiful view from the rooms, very clean and spacious, and well equipped with stove and washing machine etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great, and very easy to get taxis from here if needed. The beds were a little harder than expected but not necessarily uncomfortable, we still slept well.

My family had a wonderful stay at Platinum Kuala Lumpur by Luma from 23 to 26 March. The overall experience was excellent and exceeded my expectations in many ways. I even extended my stay at the hotel for another four days. The apartment was modern, spacious, and very well maintained. Everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged, making it feel comfortable and welcoming right from the moment I arrived. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after long days exploring the city. The location is another big advantage. It is very convenient, with easy access to major attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. Getting around the city from here was simple and efficient. The staff and management were responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making the check-in and overall process smooth and hassle-free.

Excellent location, spacious apartment, friendly staff , proximity to all attractions The facility need to have at least one luggage cart. Currently they depend on a neighboring hotel to supply the service which is a little bit inconvenient.

And there is a washing machine but not enought detergent so it wasnt very useful. There was no shampoo or conditioner

We stayed with our friends who had their own bedroom and bathroom. The living area is large. Liked receiving replacement water bottles every day, but worry about the overuse of plastic bottles without clear recycling receptacles. Loved the Skydeck, the pool, the basic fitness room, the Library and sitting room, and the bar area. Enjoyed talking with Juel, an employee in the bar area. Loved being on the 49th floor: the view was fantastic ! Great location with ready access to public transportation, light rail, etc. Having a washing machine was much appreciated. And, when it had started leaking on the drying cycle, it was replaced very promptly, literally within 3-4 hours !! The kitchen amenities were minimal, making cooking there not worth it. No soft bedside lighting.

Overall, my stay at Platinum One was good. The service quality was nice, and the payment process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were helpful, and the hotel maintained a comfortable environment throughout the stay. The lift service could be improved a bit, especially during busy hours. Also, it would be great if the hotel considers offering breakfast on the top floor at a more reasonable price. That way, guests who book rooms without breakfast won’t feel any hesitation to enjoy breakfast at the hotel.

The apartments are comfortable The Check-in procedure is quite chaotic due to the number of guest checking in as well as the slow check-in procedure (well over an hour). Pillows are extremely uncomfortable.
