Our room was very quiet and had a small balcony with a table and two chairs, offering views of the building next door and a nearby hotel pool. The unit was clean upon arrival, and the staff were communicative and met us shortly after we arrived. For our six-night stay, they provided a mid-stay cleaning. The kitchen was modern, with an electric kettle and enough dishes and cooking equipment for two. The AC units worked well, and the washer was easy to use. The convenience stores in the lobby (one open 24/7) and the small coffee shop with excellent espresso were a bonus. The location was great, in the middle of KLCC and within walking distance of Petronas Towers, shopping and good restaurants, and this was good value compared with other more luxurious—and far more expensive—accommodations in the area. Overall, it was comfortable, quiet, and practical. The bathroom was dated, and replacing the caulk around the sink would make a big difference. The shower was very small and tended to get the entire toilet area wet when used.

yes rooms were clean, location was very good, but my disappointment was severe lack of ac outlet sockets which was very limited to only 1 room.... also the water filter facet was dripping, otherwise a good place to stay, shower hot water did NOT work......................swimming pool small compared to the building size...............................

The location is 15 minutes away walking to Suria KLCC mall. Also it has good view over the city and available glossaries in the lobby. The furniture is a bit old, even the doors are the old style of opening with physical keys instead of digital key. Also, it is more expensive than surrounding hotels. Moreover, the swimming pool is closed whenever it is raining which is the case for more than 6 months a year.

The staff was very helpful.Room was neat and clean ,it has a convenience store at ground level which operates late at night .There is a metro station at 10 min walk and monorail and bus stop at 5 min walk

Honestly nothing. The bathroom was horrible, the shower head was held together with produce plastic bag. The water pressure in the shower head was zero, slightly better than weak stream flow. The lighting was dark and smell was bad in the bathroom. It was a mistake for me to take a shower in there. The comforter in the bedroom was old and thin. The common hallways smells wet and like moth balls.

The apartment was in a good location, the facilities at the building were very good and the staff were very friendly. No cleaning in 6 days, the water in the shower was warm (not hot) and they told me when I arrived and didn’t even plan of fixing it for my stay, it could have been cleaner and better maintained for the price.

Staff are easily accessible and very attentive but still wouldn’t recommend this for many reasons. Cockroaches - in the fridge, behind the fridge, indicative of an infestation. I contacted them and they were quick to come clean but that was no good. I left the apartment after one night and was not given a refund. Would not recommend.
