Everything was great. We enjoyed a lot. It was comfortable, good water pressure and hot water, clean, good breakfast, helpful staff, the pool area was nice with a good view.

From the first impression it was amazing and porters at the lobby were amazing and so helpful. When go to the reception they gave us warm welcome and without even asking updated our room and it was a surprise for us. Entire time we spent there was so wonderful. Hospitality and foods awsome. Nothing

Great breakfast, small but lovely room. Amazing view!! There is some noise from rooms either side.

great breakfast, location is also quiet but close-ish to the city centre. staff at the restaurant is nice. lifts are slow and often broken. during breakfast time you might wait 10 minutes to use one. the AC in my room would not turn off. this was ignored the first night. after they sent a technician that tried to gaslight me that everything was ok, when i did not agree said he was going to check something and would come back , but never came back. when i called reception, he had told them he had solved the issue, so they sent three attendants to check and at least they admitted there was an issue as the control panel had no control over the AC at all. i was given a new room where i showed how the AC was supposed to work from the start. overall, the process took a lot longer than it should have (1.5h) and once they accepted the fault i was made to rush to a new room. overall a bad experience, where i was not believed until it was absolutely clear i was right. gym is also quite small and with only 1 real machine.

Location was very central to places we were visiting. The one evening we were there early enough to enjoy pool it was closed for maintenance.

Breakfast was consistently overcrowded and lacked sufficient variety, particularly for international guests.

The host cancelled my booking while I was waiting at the lobby without giving me any explanation! I was left stranded, DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS PROPERTY!

Room Quality is very bad. Its a balcony. Can not believe what i seen. Its not a room like 60-70$

Location is central easy access to main attractions Room 1709 twin room has small beds. I am only 5’3 and found bed is small.

The pool was wonderful early in the morning The view from my room was a parking station with 24 hour flourescent lighting There were not enough lifts for such a large building
