THE FACE Style Hotel

The swimming pool is not for swimming, for sure. Only if you wanna take pictures with a nice view. It was not very clean too. It takes forever to get on the elevator, and the hotel was pretty crowded.

Room service is not good enough

The location and the view was amaizing Room service was not professional

Location Staff is very bad , not worth comparing with money

Location and Rooms were really luxurious Too crowded in the reception as the lobby for two hotels were shared

The swimming pool. The hotel did not pay back the deposit amount I have paid during check in. Staff said it will be paid within 3 weeks but actually it is not.

Security attitude is bad ，that Bangla pretending like a hotel manager or what， because seeing me driving a normal car instead of a luxury car ？

This issue occurred during multiple stays, and it was particularly noticeable when the reservation was made through platforms such as Booking or other agents rather than directly with the hotel. From a guest’s perspective, the level of service and staff attitude should be consistent regardless of the booking method.

Location in a very crowded area , taking taxi or going back took some time.

It’s new and clean

Everything was perfect. The pool is with amazing view. Breakfast is very good. Located in a walking distance to KL Tower and Petronas Twin towers. Nothing

They don’t refill the tissue from day one and their was missing towel

Bit confused during the check in, no proper sign esp during peak n crowded time at the counter. Not sure which counter to go to (esp for 1st time guests). No air-conditioning inside the lift, corridor area while wtg for the lift. During peak time (checkout time) n holiday time, the lift takes so long. Luckily one of ur staff stays alert n knows we are already waiting for the lift quite sometimes... And show us an alternative lift to use.

spacious room, with own kitchen, nice bathroom room very modern, looks really nice nice view from our room fantastic pool with great views very good breakfast everything seems new and looks great the door in the facade to the air conditioning is lacking silence-proofing the staff at the pool and outside could whistle less our two wishes were forgotten, one was immediately taken care of after reminding the staff at the breakfast should know better, when to take care of dishes at the table (it is 5*)

The spacious bedrooms and the bed. Really comfy Too crowded; it takes too long to arrive the elevators. The pool view is amazing but again too crowded and the water kind of dirty.

Accommodation and apartment itself. Breakfast, elevator access dam slow.

The only downsides were that the infinity pool was crowded, and there was only one adapter in the room, making it hard to charge our phones and use the laptop at the same time.

Amazing view, specially from swimming pool at level 51 Too crowdy

A lot of whistling from the valley, too noisy and not needed. The receptionist forgot to give me back my passport when I checked out and she didn’t even contact me on my mobile or email me about it, I found out that I forgot it after I reached the airport in two hours, it caused me a hassle,they must be more professional about being proactive. If she only acted correctly she would saved me. Swimming pool is not used as a swimming pool, it is more as a photo session studio,a lot of young people taking pics,no privacy.
