location was so good, the staff were helpfull and managed to provide very late check in due to delayed flight. room was ready the time i arrived. the room was quite old, and the hotel itself was quite old. bathroom was not that clean and had some water leakage. overall comparing with other hotel this one still good choice with reference to the amount paid for.

The staff member on the second day was very helpful and quickly moved me to another room on the third floor. The second room had a good air conditioner and was much more comfortable than the first one. When I first arrived, I was given a different room than the one originally assigned to me. The room felt unpleasant, and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. After the first night, the air conditioner leaked water onto my laptop. Fortunately, my laptop was not damaged. The bathroom in the second room also had an unpleasant smell.

Location is excellent! I have booked a Deluxe Family Room for my 4 family members for RM 1060, but They allocate me a couple room (211) with a single bed. They also charged the same amount of money RM 1060 and did not give me the refund.
