Location is perfect, at the heart of Kuala Lumpur. This is my 2nd time staying in this property Front desk ladies staff very cooperative, as i request for quiet room. Well done! We'll be back again soon Small lobby doesn't inviting, room corridors look so gloomy.

1. Room very clean & big with stone tile bathroom 2. Close view of KLCC 3. Walking distance / next to AvenueK Mall, Suria KLCC Mall, lrt, etc. 4. Mamak restaurant and 7-Eleven Ground Floor of hotel. 5. Wifi is fast 1. Make sure you have cash deposit of RM200 2. Need to add new Astro channels because some are not there anymore

Located to the KLCC and Avenu - K shopping malls. It’s a shoppers paradise as far ca as location goes. There is even a Durian Centre with outdoor eating that the hotel offers, convenience shop and a Nasi Kandar restaurant attached. Very handy for the older tourists. Hotel needs a repaint job an the carpets on the 12 floor should be replaced with new ones. Unfortunate building works nearby so construction notices are inevitable

Convenient, so close to Avenue K, LRT and also KLCC Not much to not like because it’s a good hotel with good friendly staff, maybe should have Lift from basement parking?

Just for a few hours of early check-in, an extra charge was taken. There were no clean bedsheets; they had holes and pen markings. The shelf handles were broken, and the room was not cleaned properly. The tables were very old and the color was spoiled. There was no spray pipe in the washroom—the spray part had simply been removed, which made it very difficult to use. When I asked for a bottle of water at the reception, the lady said, “We already served it in your room.” Except for the hotel location, the overall experience was bad. Don’t choose this place just by looking at the price. Only location

Make sure you don't forget anything because they make it impossible to recuperate -- i guess the employees do not return what they find!!! We forgot our sneakers in the room. I wrote on booking.com platform - no answer. wrote to reservations as i didn't find an email - no answer. I bought a few minutes to call them; finally got through on 2nd call after a long wait with no answer on 1st call. They told me i can recuperate and gave me a number to call - no other means of contact is possible, but now i no longer have minutes and my flight is leaving. We would have time to recuperate before our flight home should they answer, but they don't and now we will have to arrive in the snow with sandals in our feet ... not to mention someone is keeping our +$200 USD for one pair!!!! ???. The return of forgotten valuables is as important as the service!

The room had a smell, which permeated from the bathroom, which effectively wasn’t very well ventilated, or clean. Also, the windows were not sufficient to block out the noise from the busy street outside.

1- The location is very central in KLCC, close to Suria Mall, the Petronas Twin Towers, and Avenue K Mall. 2- The hotel has its own supermarket located right inside the lobby, which is extremely convenient. 3- The room is very spacious. 1- Hot water was sometimes unavailable, possibly due to maintenance, and when it was available, it was only warm rather than hot. 2- The toilet water spray (bidet) head was missing. 3- The bathroom lighting was too dim. 4- The included breakfast is served at a hotel across the street, accessible by walking or using the hotel shuttle bus. While there are multiple options in a small buffet-style setup, the menu was not suitable for my preferences.

Strategically located and just walking distance to KLCC. Lots of great local food around this area. Staffs are vey friendly and they provide great services too. My thanks goes to Ms. Dyba and Ms. Latha and the rest of the crew for the wonderful service. There's nothing that I feel its of disadvantage to this hotel. Great location, great food around the hotel.
