My recent stay at the Four Seasons was truly exceptional. Every element from the ambiance to the service was delivered at the highest standard one expects from a brand of this caliber. I would especially like to highlight Nabila, who is a true asset to your team. Her warmth, attention to detail, and ability to call guests by name reflects a perfect execution of brand standards and genuine hospitality. Similarly, Thamim from the concierge team went above and beyond, reading guest needs even before being asked and offering support with such grace and professionalism. Other than these small points, everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay memorable. I look forward to returning soon. While everything was nearly flawless, I do wish to share two small suggestions that could enhance future guest experiences. 1- South Asian Tea Preparation The F&B team seemed unfamiliar with how traditional Indian or Pakistani tea is made, where the tea is brewed together with milk. Despite multiple requests and changes, the tea still did not meet expectations. A short training or reference could help ensure better experiences for South Asian guests. 2- Pool Timing Display On weekdays, the in-room screen showed the pool hours as open until 8 PM. However, when I was in the pool, a staff member asked me to leave, stating that the closing time was 4 PM. I mentioned the displayed timing, but was still asked to exit. It may be helpful to align displayed information with actual operating hours to avoid confusion.

Arrived during the peak holiday season! Good location to walk around the city and explore. Must visit the food street! Not a four seasons hospitality that I am so used to! But value for the money. My room Could have a better view since my room suggested “City view” I ended up “viewing” a construction site ! Business hotel. At best. Nothing of this hotel suggests its a FOUR SEASONS experience which is what its famous for!

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever been in. Everything about it is calm and efficient. The staff are knowledgeable and efficient, the rooms are well maintained and clean and excellently set up. The location, right next to KLCC and Suria/Petronas Towers is ultra convenient although it is slightly further from Pavilion mall than some other hotels. Only thing I could ask for is for them to update their room charging ports to USB-C!

This was the worst service I’ve had at a Four Seasons. Multiple calls to housekeeping or the concierge with simple requests (an iron) went ignored and required repeated calls. A very poor check-in and check-our experience. On top of everything the (expensive) laundry service broke 2 buttons off a very nice dress shirt.
