We enjoy our breakfast, service, ambiance and variety of items. We did not find any shortcoming in services.

The hotel lobby is abit too small.

Facilities - Gym, sauna and pool Breakfast Buffett - not quite 5 star quality and variety is average for the price we pay - inconsistent staff service, wasn’t seated in first day. Puzzle on how to order coffee and tea. Have to ask staff. Staff very chatty among themselves

Staff are phenomenal and food quality was excellent.

The room was comfortable, clean and new. The breakfast selection was wide and varied, very nice. There were welcome drinks, and gifts during Raya. The staff have been very friendly and courteous.

Facilities are nice. Breakfast was extensive. Staff are nice and we checked in early. 51 bar not as valuable as compared to what other hotels in the center has to offer.

Breakfast queue is to fix. Clearly the space is not appropriate for number of rooms

I liked all the services the hotel provides and appreciated their understanding of customer needs. The walls are thin, so voices from the next room can be heard.

This hotel is a modern gem. It is well appointed, with a simple yet spacious design. We loved the quality of everything here. The gym (one of the best of any places I've traveled) and infinity pool area are amazing! Be sure to check out the Salt Sauna, Steam Room and Monsoon Shower experience in the locker room! 10/10! The staff at the hotel were incredible, especially the bell hop (NAIM) and door guys who ensured our stay was top-notch. They constantly checked in asking us if we needing any help. We also loved the location of this hotel. Easy to walk everywhere! My only flaw here was watching one of the waiters at breakfast move clean glassware in the juice station from a tray to another but did so by grabbing the glassware from the top with his hands inside the glasses. This is not sanitary! Please address this with your staff. Staff should be moving all clean dishes from the bottom and nowhere near where a guest will be drinking from.

I booked a room with three beds and even mentioned in a separate note that we needed a triple room. However, when we checked in, we were given a double room. The staff brought an extra bed and placed it in the corner, which took up most of the walking space and made it impossible for us to use the sofa in the room. When we asked to change the room and be given the proper triple room we had booked, or to be moved to a larger room, we were told that no rooms were available. We also asked for an explanation as to why they did not inform us about this issue at check-in, but we did not receive a clear answer. Another issue was that the staff member who assisted us during check-in was clearly very sick. He was constantly coughing and sneezing and was not wearing a mask, which made us feel uncomfortable.

Everything Staff could use more training. Rang bell even if do not disturb was on. Also the hot water wasn’t working and wasn’t resolved.

The view was good Busy elevators also crowded. Smelly walk ways and you can hear the street noise easily.

Staff: just awesome 1. Breakfast: they didn't include the breakfast....I am pretty when I searched, i searched fir hotels with breakfast 2. I was extra charge 10 per night, total of 20, for some sort of tax, which booking.com didn't tell me about.

Quiet room! That one of my most important goals and that was met. It probably helped we were on a far corner room. 1: They really need a place to sit at the entrance for when you are waiting for a Grab ride. There isn't a single chair!! It did appear they have almost no elderly guests, and maybe we are just bad at timing things, but you never know if the ride will be there in 2 minutes or 10 before you click to order it (and even then traffic makes it more unpredictable) so it would be great to have a place to sit. 2: We extended our stay and made 1 other alteration. This resulted in needing to get our keys changed 3 times!! There has to be a better way to handle that. 3: They could do a better job with the concierge service. The hours seemed limited compared to other nice hotels (Shangri-la) and there is only 1 guy it seems... though I was never sure who was the concierge because no one was ever at the desk, they just kind of mill about. The one time we asked for a service, which was a specific request of taking a short day trip we were told there was no flexibility in the outing and we'd be taken to places we didn't want to go. Maybe we didn't make it clear enough... but not all tourists are the same so they should do a better job of listening to the customer and trying to work with what they are interested in. 4: This one would be nearly impossible to change... but I wish they had an indoor pool in addition to the outdoor. We didn't get to test it because it was raining and the pool was closed. So a warmer indoor pool would be great! But alas, that would be hard to put into a building after the fact. 5: This is only about the location of the hotel. Very little is really walkable from this location if you aren't a fan of waking 20+ minutes in extreme heat. I would definitely pick a location outside the City Center next time. Somewhere with a bit more character.
