Near Twin towers and walkable to restaurants near by. Courteous front desk members. Comfy room and bed My room is next to the main street and got noisy at night. The Italian restaurant inside this hotel was not good and not recommended We expected a high-end dining experience at this hotel's Italian restaurant, but it was a chaotic mess. The service members forgot our drinks and failed to follow up on requests. Worse, two out of our five meals arrived so late that the rest of the table had already finished eating. Even after escalating the issue twice, the staff showed zero urgency. The manager did eventually apologize and comped the two late dishes, but it couldn't save the experience. Way too expensive for this level of neglect.

The property was very modern and chic. The staff and amenities were amazing. The bar and restaurant were very nice and my dinner at FORNO was amazing. There wasn’t one thing that I did not like. I had an amazing stay.

The location is a 10 min walk away from the Bukit Bintag… the hotel itself is very modern and amenities are all well maintained. The breakfast should include unique items on weekends but overall loved the stay there Nothing

The hotel is in a great location with a great pool and a large room. Honestly, the breakfast did not meet my expectations. The choice is not the best, but it is ok for one night stay.

Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. 5-7 min walk from the twin towers. No fault of the hotel but some room next to me was either smoking in the balcony or something and the smell got into my room. I notified the front desk and they quickly brought an air purifier.

A good variety of food for breakfast. Layout of the room was modern and worked well. A bar at lobby level would have been handy. Also the opening times of the Rooftop Resstuarant was too late at 4:30 pm weekdays!

Nice hotel with spacious rooms and central location. Great pool on rooftop with spectacular views. Some little details could be improved: Check-in was slow, room was not very clean - dust cloud emerged from night stand when putting a book there. We were promised cleaning of the room on day with late check-out, but it did not happen.
