Sehri was horrible. Menu was not upto the mark. For practising Muslims in Ramadan, sehri options were extremely limited and taste was v bad.

Room size was very small. Biggest issue was that lobby was on first floor and no bell boy. Even though after I went up and requested, they sent someone to take my luggage up. But the "hotel luxury" vibe was missing because I think they have rented out their ground floor to some shops and all. But I guess for the price you pay, this might be expected. For these factors, I would say the price needs to be even lower by at least 20% per night, then it would be a perfect value for money.

At check-in, one staff member wasn’t very friendly, which made me a bit uncomfortable at first. However, the rest of the team were extremely friendly and welcoming. I won’t mention the individual’s name to protect their reputation.

Location is perfect for our daily walking, very close to shopping centers, restaurants and the market. The breakfast was fantastic and the employees in this area are the best. Always ready to satisfy our needs. They are really fantastic. The service overall was vey good, including the attention from the employees that take care of the cars parking at front of the hotel. . Very polite and helpful all the time. the room was to small and uncomfortable for two people. Was really uncomfortable with our suitcases at the entrance with not enough space for us to move to the room.
