The staff were very friendly . Smooth check in eventho when we re check in around 2am , they still waiting for us .

Good location The many stairs up to the level. They didn’t provide any toilet paper and said we would have to go and buy it ourselves. No windows in the room made it felt like we were in prison. A lot of loud noises and people screaming in the hotel at 3-4am not sure who it was or why it wasn’t stopped.

I did not like anything in super oyo 321 hotel The hotel crew and the Pakistani manager are so rude . The hotel is very dirty and not clean. There no toilet papers and there is no laundry in the hotel and there no room service and no one change your towels or bed sheets for 7 days. The walls and stairs needs maintenance. The receptionist at night always sleeping in the reception and put his feet on the sofa or table as sigh for disrespect and he is smoking in the stairs which makes the place smely eventhough there are signs says that smoking is prohibited. The towels are cut and dirty which made me get allergy and feel sick. The rooms are so small and there no windows and the ac does not work well. I was hold at the reception for more than 5 hours just for check in and the receptionist required to hold 100 USD rather than 50 ringits as insurance . This hotel should be removed for booking to avoid scamming passengers and all the pictures are fake and nothing to do with reality.

Outstanding location and the cheapest luggage storage facility The manager's behaviour is rude. He claimed refundable security money RM 50, but rudely refused to provide any supporting documents; though refunded it accordingly at the time of checkout.

Nothing apart from the scam they did! Since we wanted to do early check in, we checked in at 9 AM on 15th while mentioning about this existing booking. However, they made us pay exact amount in cash once we wanted to check in. They agreed to cancel the booking and no extra amount will be deducted in booking site. However, in the morning I realised that 2 transactions of $39.5 has been deducted from my account!! Extremely disappointed how can you just deduct 2 transactions of $39.5 each? Sucha scam!

Great location, your own room with a bathroom and ac Tiny room with no fridge or kettle, NO WINDOW, tiny bathroom with tiny sink, no soap, NO TOILET PAPER, water pressure was pathetic, old and not very clean, all furniture was either super old, rusty or falling apart, CHEAP, no elevator either.
