Nothing Booking.com site shows us a map, but it doesn’t tell us how difficult it is to get there until actually you go there and experience. We have to go up and down so many stairs, go through a petroleum station and etc. also, it was so noisy at night as highway is so close. Other visitors, or neighbours I’m not sure, were so noisy. We couldn’t sleep all night. We are getting a bus to Singapore following morning, so I wanted an accomodation near the bus station. I made a big mistake to book this hotel. I regret deeply that I should have paid a little more money and get an accommodation in KL sentral. The bus station to Singapore is only one station away from KL sentral, and it is just in the same building of the trains ration.

It was near to the bus terminal, but you had to cross a double decker motorway to get there The room was filthy and dirty. The sheets were stained. Previous guests hair were all over the floor. There was a continuous stream of ants moving across all surfaces. I had to put all my belongings away immediately otherwise they’d be crawling with ants. The hotel is next to a double decker motorway and the noise of traffic was constant the entire day and night. I bought earplugs for my second night but they couldn’t drown out the noise. The room was tiny and poorly maintained. The toilet is actually inside the shower - it gets soaked. Without a doubt this was the most depressing place I have ever stayed and it wasn’t cheap either. Booking.com said I could pay by bank card, but they demanded cash only (they’re probably avoiding paying tax). This was incredibly inconvenient. STAY HERE AT YOUR PERIL - YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!

Decent proximities to the interlink-Malaysia borders bus service terminal (TBS) & local eateries. Nil.

Room was clean, staff friendly. Location is close to bus terminal. What a surprise: location is super noisy due to heavy traffic. Shower is directly above the toilet, thus toilet gets (and stays... ) very wet when showering. Just doesn't match the comparably high price, but well, there's just a lack of good alternatives close to the bus terminal.

We checked in late, the lift was broken and I asked if I could have some help with my 20kg suitcase, the worker said no. The smell was horrible in the corridors and the room. The room was incredibly loud and on a main road so had hardly any sleep. The shower was broken and there was a leak in the ceiling.
