Unfriendly staff. Towels yellowish. Very small room. Beside have big kitchen hood sound very loud.. can hear cooking downstairs often, because downstairs is mamak restaurant.

Walking distance (more or less 15 miniutes from TBS. OK if you have only the back pack . But if you have luggage, I suggest that you take Grab (but no sure the price) becouse you need to use escalators, and pedestarian flyover to reach the hotel. This is my 2nd time stay in this hotel. Room: OK. Internet: superb. Amenities: OK. Mamak restaurant just beside the hotel. For those who come withyour own car, Shell gas station only less than 50m from the hotel. The front staffs are friendly and helpfull. During my stay (weekend), there was a group of youngsters testing the exzos around 2-3am for the two nights in a row. Stressfull! Other than that, I am ok.

Decent hotel right next to TBS Station. I stayed there twice because my bus was arriving late at TBS. Front desk is open 24/7 so Check-in was possible also during night. Friendly staff, free water refill, an indian restaurant right next to the hotel which is open until late as well. It's possible to walk to TBS station from the hotel, walkway is just a bit hidden. Can definitely recommend if you need to stay in this area for a night The second time I see stayed there the AC in my room was working not well, staff helped me with new batteries for the remote but I couldn't fix the problem fully.

Close to TBS Bus Terminal. It is convenient for the traveler who needs a place to lay down after long traveling. The hot water dispenser requires servicing. It takes a while to fill up hot water in a cup. Cleanliness needs to be improved.

Perfect distance from train and bus station to the airport. Nice little restaurant down stairs also . Basically it is cost efficient and convenient .

We had a good 1 night stay here before catching the bus from TBS, everything was good. Good shower room, comfortable bed, nice staff, would stay again.
