Location Do yourself a favor and never go to this place. The room smelled bad, everything dirty. the bed was so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep, it was very noisy, the shower head was installed on the toilet!! all the parquet around the room was moldy. The staff had an attitude. You can find better places with the same price

Good for all thanks Tanjina

Name when booking does not match the actual name on Google maps (Victory2 Hotel Jalan Imbi). Easily confused with another swing and pillows close by. Rooms are on several levels above a small restaurant. Understandable to have a small room for a low price but expected clean sheets/towel.

Great location, close to Bukit Bintang, where all the fun things happen. Mr. Joy was a great help, will definitely recommend staying here.

Location was the best part Bukit Bintang, quite near jalan alor, changkat, and surrounded by malls in every 200 meter direction. Not very well known secret among tourists, you can go to KLCC and twin towers using walking bridges and tunnels from Pavilion without ever going out to the roads. There are restaurants, laundromats and small shops nearby. Monorail and MRT stations are 200 meters from the hotel. There are free water dispensers in each floor and they provide water jugs and kettle in every room. Toiletries are provided free of charge. Some of the staff were very helpful and tried to help us whatever we asked for. Note the name is not updated on Google maps and Grab Taxi as of December-2025, where it shows "Victory 2 Hotel Jalan Imbi @ Swing and Pillows" There are two completely different types of staff: some are very helpful, while others are very rude. The housekeeping staff lack basic training on how to work in a hotel and how to deal with guests. On one occasion, a cleaner casually entered our room without knocking, even though the door was locked. There is a persistent strange smell in the corridors of the first building, while the second building at the back does not have this issue. They do not provide “Do Not Disturb” or “Make Up My Room” door tags, so rooms are not cleaned unless you specifically request it, even during a stay of two weeks. The walls and windows offer poor soundproofing. Unless your room is located in the middle without windows, you will hear either traffic noise from Jalan Imbi at the front, or early-morning noise and odors from large restaurant exhausts and truck unloading at the back starting around 5 a.m. The towels provided had stains on them, even though they appeared to be washed, which suggests an attempt to save on proper cleaning. We had to request towel changes twice. The beds, tables, and cupboards are in need of maintenance, as many items were loose and could be fixed with basic screw tightening. If you are assigned a room in Building B at the back, reaching it feels like navigating a maze, requiring two elevator changes, crossing an internal bridge, and walking through two corridors.
