Locationwise great. There were some issues with the bathroom, water would collect on the floor, and there were no basic supplies provided like soap or toilet tissue.

No towel. Bad wardrobe. Lift going down not working. Staff sleeping when want to check-in so i waited 10 mins outside. Tried calling the number and not picking up until people with access card coming and going in to wake up the staff.

Property was near to tourist spots,malls and restaurants I guess the Hotel need to have few staff just incase the customer need some help specially with their luggage

- Cigarettes burn on blankets - "Rains" (water droplets) inside the bathroom - No smoking facility and yet, there was a constant smoking smell every morning - The front desk guy/manager has no manners at all (even with other guests) - 24hrs front desk (claim)? Nope - Garden? Nope Personal Experience: - Upon check-in, I was assigned to a room that was badly cleaned with long hairs all over the place (both on the floor and even worse, on the blanket), so I had to change room. - One morning, I was woken up -by knocks at the room's door- (a day prior to check-out time) to ask to pay for further dates. To avoid!
