Location. very near to Pavilion neighborhood, just when you step out of the hotel, to your right and left. Though tolerable.

Clean and well maintained. Convenient location. 2 to 3 mins walk to TRX and Pavilion. Excellent house keeping. Fresh towels daily.

Location and clean rooms. Good that the rooms are cleaned everyday. It was too crowded surely because of the festivities. Check-in was thus too long to wait.

The room is very comfortable and falling asleep gets easier with the comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. The packed lobby with just 1 lift operating despite there's more than 1 everytime we reach the G level, all the China tourist will push their way in without waiting for us to exit the lift first. Once I had to raise my voice to a packed of them to let me exit first.

The design of the building is awful - 5 elevators for 30ish floors. If anyone is considering this hotel, there are far far better options available for the same or less price.

The location was great! Walking distance to train station (like 5 minutes away) and in the heart of Bukit Bintang. The hotel itself seemed modern. The rooms were clean and large, and i was able to see all the landmark buildings from my window. The infinity pool was also great. I was able to take some great pictures with the Menara, Petronas towers, and Pavillion building. I only stayed 3 nights with my friend, and we enjoyed the stay. Not a big deal, but given the huge hotel, the reception area seemed a bit small, and it always seems crowded when we were walking by to leave and come back to the hotel. But the actual check-in time was quite quick. They called our number after like 3-5 minutes, so it wasnt bad.
