I stayed at the hotel during my birthday,I was a little surprised that there was no acknowledgment or small gesture from the staff to mark the occasion. It would have made the experience even more special. Overall, I appreciate the service, but this is a suggestion for improvement

Wow highly recommended! Exceptional service, beautiful room and facilities. Excellent location. The staff were so friendly, warm, helpful and professional. Our room, particularly the marble bathroom was so stunning.

Good location close to Pavillion shopping mall in Bukit Bintang. Clean, well appointed suite with all expected amenities. Very helpful and professional staff at all levels. Reasonable rates. Both club lounge and general breakfast restaurant busy, very casual and not relaxing. Lots of people with privileges, including many families with small children. Atmosphere of a hospital cafeteria at lunch time. Dress code of any kind not clearly defined or enforced.
