Honestly, after what happened, it’s hard to remember anything positive. The facilities were acceptable, but none of that matters anymore. I am absolutely furious with the way this hotel handled my situation. I lost a valuable item, and it is almost certainly left at the property. I tried calling the hotel THREE times—none of the calls went through. The only time someone actually picked up, the staff member said “hello” three times and then rudely hung up on me without giving me any chance to speak. This is beyond unprofessional—it’s outright disrespectful. I paid a high price to stay here, expecting basic service and responsibility. Yet the hotel can’t even keep their phone line working or show the slightest concern for a guest who urgently needs help. This experience is unacceptable, infuriating, and absolutely disgraceful for a hotel of this supposed standard.

Well positioned right at the centre of bintang walk in front of the famous Pavilion Mall… Perhaps the breakfast buffet spread to be improved, especially the noddle section and pancakes/ waffles areas…teh tarik and masala tea could be improved too, make them ticker and more ummps

Everything. Location was great, staff was friendly throughout, the breakfast had a lot of variety and the room was comfortable. It is convenient for shoppers to stay here to rest up and continue their shpping spree literally across the road. Not much. Room aircond was a bit 'hot' eventhough it was set at the lowest temperature and full blower speed. But still cool enough to sleep and stay in the room.
