Great. Service Staff found out my wife was a bit sick with a sore throat and they send up some hot tea in the late night to help her feel more comfortable. The little gesture like this makes the stay in the hotel a memorial experience. Breakfast was so so.

Excellent stay overall. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Bukit Bintang, with direct access to Pavilion Mall, which is extremely convenient. The rooms are comfortable, well equipped, and everything is well maintained. Overall, a very pleasant and seamless experience. The only downside was an unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioning in the room, which affected the overall comfort.

The location is amazing! Connected to the Pavilion Mall, it was too convenient especially because we only had 1.5 days in KL. A lot of GREAT restaurants in the area, very busy and bustling area. The Pavilion Mall is great as well as Farehnheight! Room is decent and clean but not the most modern but still pretty good. Breakfast although has ALOT of options but most doesn't taste that great and doesn't look very appetizing either. I arrived at 2 PM and I know the check in time is 3 but most places do have rooms ready for check in by 2 if not earlier.

The property was right on top of a beautiful mall!!

The gym was smaller and not as well equipped as I had expected. The pool area was small and unfortunately overlooked by highrise constructions.

Great location, nice staff We stayed in 3 rooms for five nights ,The rooms need more lights,the breakfast was bad for us ? No many choices for arabs? Thai-Chinese food are plenty but for others no many choices? Even when i tried to ate salad, my surprise there is small octopuss in the salad?? One day they serve (foul) kind of beans we as arab like it but i discover it was another kinds of two beans not (foul)? Common on guys do your homework? The small flies (small bugs) flying on the food? I told the superviser of the breakfast about it ? And why not close the door was open for outdoor breakfast tables or to put smalls fans on the food ? He say will do? But many days past nothing change?
