Location Cleanses In same day of check out they expired my card before check out time without letting us getting access to room for luggage even I was unable to collect my things . I waited for my luggage so long. The options for breakfast was not really good every day same food.

Location is prime. First impression with greeting and assistance by doorman/bell boy is commendable. Love the warm welcome and smiles! Received a welcome drink while waiting for check-in and the check-in process didn't take too long. Water pressure in the bathroom was superb & aircon in room works well. Had a relaxing spa session at the in-hotel spa facility. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again. Upon reaching our room, door knob on our room door was wonky and housekeeping taught us how to opened the door in a specific way. Room is huge - it might be a bit dated but to rest and have a good sleep is good enough for us. Could have upgraded the TV to smart TV with youtube included since there are not many TV channels included. We ended up casting from our phones. Love the breakfast and the cheese options, though would love a bigger buffet spread with more food options.

Excellent stay! The staff truly pamper you from arrival to departure. From the warm welcome and smooth check-in to housekeeping and breakfast, every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and markets nearby. What really makes this hotel special is the amazing hospitality of the entire team. I would happily stay here again. Kudos to all the staff, and thank you for a wonderful experience! Nothing at all !!

Thank you to Venice for all your assistance. We had one of the rooms checked in early, and the other room earlier than we expected. Excellent service! We love the mattress, firm yet comfortable. However, it would be best if the pillows were firmer. Pillows were too soft. The housekeeping could be better if they were more meticulous. 2 of the days, I think the room was not vacuumed well. We noticed crumbs from our snacks were on the carpet.
