Location is good and easy access to facilities Firstly the front desk staff with a straight face making the check in process not welcoming at all. Secondly the breakfast is really bad. There are not much options or decent food. Even a latte also i had to pay extra RM 18 to have a decent coffee. Better to stay without breakfast and save cost

The location was convenient and close to Bukit Bintang, which made it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing and fell well below the standards expected from a serviced apartment of this category and price range. The most concerning issue was cleanliness and maintenance. We encountered insects inside the apartment, which raised serious concerns about hygiene standards. In addition, several maintenance issues were evident throughout our stay. The safe was not functioning, the washbasin had drainage problems and water did not drain properly, several lights were either not working or produced noticeable noise, and the bedroom curtain was damaged, poorly fitted, and unable to operate properly. Customer service was one of the weakest aspects of the experience. The reception staff often appeared uninterested in assisting guests and lacked the professionalism and attentiveness expected in the hospitality industry. On one occasion, I approached the reception desk and repeatedly tried to get the attention of a staff member, yet I felt completely ignored. Throughout our stay, interactions with the front desk lacked courtesy, hospitality, and a genuine willingness to help. Another frustrating aspect was the number of additional charges for basic guest requests. Extra bottled water, additional towels, and extra blankets all came with additional fees. This felt excessive and unwelcoming, especially considering the accommodation rates being charged. The room access arrangements were also inconvenient. One room required a physical key in addition to the access card, while another required entering a password together with the access card. This process was unnecessarily complicated and impractical for families. Breakfast was another disappointment. The breakfast area was surprisingly small compared to the size of the property, with limited seating available. The food selection was very limited, the fruit offerings did not appear fresh, and the overall variety was below expectations.

A wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was superb, with TRX just a very short walk away. It was also conveniently close to Pavilion, Lot 10, and Rizalman Boutique, making it an excellent choice for shopping, dining, and exploring the city. There were convenience stores and “kedai mamak” within a short walking distance. Getting around was easy, with GRAB. The staff were warm and efficient. Both check-in and check-out were swift and hassle-free. Parking was available, adding to the convenience of the stay. Breakfast was good A comfortable and well-located hotel with excellent service. I would definitely stay here again. -

Reception guy was amazing and Mangament also top class . Left luggage for night collection hope all remain ok . Great clean , huge size top Managment must try everyone .

The location is walking distance to TRX mall, and about an 8-10 min walk to Pavilion; however need to cross a road with a faulty traffic light that poses danger to jaywalk across the road with heavy traffic. The check-in counter is limited, and slows down all check-in, need to wait at least 20 minutes for my turn to check in. The restaurant offers simple food, and most of the food is not well-heated, so it is a bit cold. Coffee is not nice as they use a coffee bag for one big pot. The room key is super difficult to unlock the door, and you need to carry a big key card (for the entrance) and the key, which makes it easy to get misplaced.

Most things Swimming pool was under repair maybe make the room rate cheaper, all the new appliance packaging was not unwrapped and the washing machine was unbalanced and making so much noise that we couldn’t even use it.

kids facilities - playground and swimming pool this particular guy at the concierge was very helpful and friendly. booking site stated hotel but it was more like apartment with partial services. had to request for housekeeping every single day. only 3 towels and 3 bottled water were provided when there were 5 of us in the room. asked for extra but it was chargeable. these are just basic amenities in the room! 3 towels for 5 people and all of us would need extra towels for the pool, so we ended up buying our own towels. lightings in the room and bathroom were bad, very dim. and most of the lights were broken/damaged.

The accumulation of dust and dirt's on the windows and balcony doors on the outside blurred the view. The balcony is not clean properly. No detergent and kitchen towel provided when there is a mini kitchen and dining area. Washing was not clean thoroughly.
