Its clean and value for money Difficult to get parking

Breakfast has many choices and is delicious. The staff are also friendly and helpful.

Good value for money — the room is spacious for its relatively low price, comfortable, and located in an attractive area. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking area, so guests have to use public parking. When it gets crowded, the parking spaces are full, and guests may need to drive around the hotel building to find an available spot.

The check-in and check-out process was simplified. The receptionist was very polite and well-mannered. n/a

1. Its strategic location allowed us to walk to the following attractions: a) The riverside walkway; b) Menara 188 and the raya bazaar @ Tmn. Teruntum; c) Kuantan Street Arts; and d) Swan Restaurant in Hotel Continental, Kuantan. 2. The riverside walk was thronged by families picnicking, health fitness seekers and I suppose, local tourists like ourselves. During our walk along the riverside, we fell into conversation with an elderly gentleman still going strong in his legal practice. His lifestory hailing from Old Town PJ some 60 years earlier helped us connect quickly as we are somewhat familiar with the settings. He recommended us a few good makan places. 3. The backlane which hosts the street art was very clean, tiled and we'll lighted at night. As well as very lively with stalls offering souvenirs, clothing etc. And visitors taking photos, selfies or standard. No fear of stumbling, being mugged etc. 4. The facade and decor of Classic Boutique Hotel had not changed in any noticeable way than when we last stayed here 10 or more years ago. Thankfully, the key facilities like lifts, air-conditioning and bed were functioning properly, not falling apart. In a sense this bears testimony the management is effective in keeping the hotel profitable. 1. The hotel has no parking facility of its own. On top of that, the staff @ the lobby did not show any motivation to assist guests with the street parking tickets, despite the promo blurb they would. IMO the management could arrange with the nearby parking operators to take in guests' vehicles at special rates. 2. Bird droppings on the roof, windshields (front and back), and body of the car the following day. Although this was noticeably less than 10 or more years ago when we last stayed here, it was still disgusting. Had to get the car washed at the nearby Shell station before resuming our journey. 3. We booked breakfast as additional @ RM15/- a head. The offering was rather limited, although the omelette was agreeable. I guess things would be different during non-fasting months. Still not much to complain over. 4. I strongly suggest that the management upgrade the room locks to keep abreast with modern hotel hospitality without appearing trying too hard.

It is located in the city and near good cafes. In the same block, there is a busy bak kut teh restaurant. nil

the sink in the bathroom clogged.the water flow is slow.but the bathroom very big and comfort

Very friendly staff, very clean facilities.. near to attractive tourist spot, Tower 188, famous food outlet Kula Cafe, Pickers, 1940 Cafe, Sate, Capati Corner. A lot of parking space although I need to pay. Sometimes noise from motorcycle in front of the hotel.

environment,simple,clean, silent upgrade the chicken rendang taste,put some sugar&put more sugar sachet for coffee in the room

Adding a wardrobe and ironing facilities would be better. Location, room. I had to eat bread butter and jam during my stay. Breakfast was not upto my expectations.

- located at the center of Kuantan, just walking distance to menara Kuantan 188, eateries and the scenic river - nothing, we even managed to get a public parking in front of the hotel ?

The polite staff, strategic location, cleanliness, good breakfast exceed expectations. keep up the great work and cleanliness level, people will keep on coming. kudos to all the staff. hope the visitors can behave and don't trash this place no parking spot provided but hey with this price you can't complain much. need to find elsewhere the parking and move to a nearer spot when traffic is reducing.

Water pressure could've been stronger, but still acceptable. A complimentary hand soap, toothpaste+toothbrush and provide face towel would be good too.
