The location and views were great, and it was within a few minutes of the hotel. The hotel could use a refresh—for example, a fresh coat of paint on the walls. Having hand towels makes drying hands easier and more hygienic. The door between the rooms doesn't latch properly.

Great location on the balcony overlooking the river. Choice of food was comprehensive but not extensive, however sufficient enough for a wide range of cultures. Egg station was not always manned so had to request other staff.

No water supply at the hotel during our stay

The room is clean, spacious and well equipped with amenities like, hair dryer, iron, complete set of toiletries like the usual toothbrush, shower cap, cotton bud, comb and even sewing kits which are hard to see in other hotels. The shampoo and shower gel smells good too. Beds are spacious and comfortable. The staff are very very friendly and polite. The bellboy is always smiling and helping with the doors etc. The hotel location is just opposite to the river and lots of eateries nearby. First time in Kuching and this stay made my trip very comfortable.

Good breakfast with a beautiful view of the river, and also with a good location near a shopping mall. Everything is ok. It's highly recommended, although it is quite expensive.
