I've been staying at Pullman Kuching for many business trips over the years. My choice hotel when in staying Kuching. Recent renovations have been a nice improvement.

breakfast ,room and location good the difficulty in getting to room due to mainly the renovation having to change lifts. Also having to pay for parking and no facilities like a pool, proper cafeteria, good lobby meeting friends.

The hotel's lobby and restaurant was newly renovated, so it was very beautiful and a nice, relaxing area to relax and chill. The hotel breakfast provided a great variety of food and we were spoilt for choice. There were salad bars, pastries, fruits, hot foods, noodle and congee stations, egg stations, and the range changed on the hot foods changed during our 2 days' stay. The staff were very attentive and very accommodating as I was travelling with my parents, and due to their renovations, access by lift to the rooms had to be on the second floor which required climbing of stairs. The staff understood that it was a hard climb for my parents and let us use their staff lifts and always escorted us in and out of the staff access areas. Other than the lobby, the rooms were really old and worn out. Towels look thinned out and the rooms feel like they need a good clean. Cups and glasses were never washed properly and were just rinsed and placed back. Despite having a room for 3 people, we were only given one toilet roll and I had to locate the housekeeping trolley to ask for another roll.

Whilst the major renovations are ongoing, what has been completed is very nice. Cafe for breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent.

The breakfast on the 22nd Floor with a view was good, and the food choices were good, and the staff were very courteous and attentive. The lifts were too slow, and a lot of construction work is in progress, which is good for business but very noisy at times

Spacious rooms, friendly staff. Hotel was under renovation but priced at premium, plenty of other newer hotels in the same areas, not worth my money or stay with the noise. Also, my room airconditioning jammed up, maintenance staff had to come clean the filter while I was in the room, this isn't cool. The hotel's preventive maintenance should have caught that. I don't think I'll return.

everything was tip top shape. the location, the aircon, the view, the room size, the room service, the shower, the bidet, the bed linen...so very comfortable. good location. walkable distance to waterfront and padang/plaza merdeka (walked there at 2 am to do kuching marathon. and then walked back. it was so easy and fun). stayed here during lobby renovations and getting to the temporary reception 21st floor was a hassle. since have to enter the building through the mall and use the service elevator.

Located at city center. No buffet lunch or dinner. The property is still under renovation without any facilities.

Parking using The Hill facility and it's complicated walk.

Location is good, near to Sarawak river and lots of food around. A bit noisy in afternoon and car park is not complimentary. Understand the renovation is on going until end of August, hope it getting better after renovation done.
