Hotel Gisela

The location is great, walking distance to the historic downtown area, the castle, bars and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We could leave our luggage and bikes before and after check in/out in a locked room. The room very nice with new furniture and everything spotless clean. The breakfast also had a good selection with fresh fruit and bread. Thanks again to the entire team. The parking garage is very tight for a larger car, but outside parking is also available.

It is also close to the castle and the downtown. Super friendly stuff. The room and the bathroom was really clean.

The location was perfect! Staff amazing and accommodating. Water pressure and hot water were very good. The Kufstein land passes were a nice bonus. Thank you for letting us store our luggage for a day as well. Lots of uneven steps made it difficult for luggage but understand the older building. Only other suggestions are hand soap and tissues.

Really nice rooms, the hotel is older but not at all run down. Parking was also very good and so were the food options the recommended. Not a fault of the hotel but the whole town closes up shop at 6PM. If you need supplies, you need to plan ahead. Of course, restaurants and bars are still open.

The rooms we booked were clean and comfortable. The beds were excellent and just the right firmness to the pillows. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was simple and tasty, and provided real value for the price. The free kufsteinerland cards were a big plus! We enjoyed the kaiserlift and fortress. Nothing was bad.

Hotel provided Guest card which is very useful for transportation and museum access; includes the fortress panorama lift. Wifi is very good. It would be perfect. if there. Is electric kettle in room.

Great location right by the train station and 5 minutes walk to the city center. Historic building, but remodeled to modern standards. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Convenient to train station, updated, modern and clean! Also had an elevator. Reasonably priced.

Exceptional

It was close to city centre, but it is just on train station, like literally on train station, people waiting for train like across the street.. but it was pretty quiet. Hotel is pretty old. I would say it is overpriced
