The area was very great, the railway station and the bus stop (also shops, the shopping centre) were really close to the hotel. The staff was EXTREMELY kind and helpful. We had issues getting in and she helped us immediately very kindly. The way it took 30 mins until the message with the entering code came. The Staff had to help us get in.

Clean, fresh, and functional. Good beds, useful common area with fully equipped kitchen. Toilets and bedrooms were all modern and lots of storage space in the rooms. The keypads for getting into the rooms are a bit difficult to use but once you figure it out it’s fine

Excellent communication with the hotel team. They took care of all our needs and made sure that we had accommodations to support our family. Really smart room design. Amazing to have a mini washing machine! Kitchen was perfect. Very happy with our stay.

The room was spaceous and atmospheric. It was very clean, and the view was gorgeous. Excellent customer service and location.

It was a nice stay and good communication. Even though, due to our own fault, we booked a small room that was not really suitable for our needs as a family with a child and grandma travelling with us - we were able to change for a much bigger room for an adequate extra fee. The beds were comfortable, small kitchenette well equipped and sauna a nice extra.

Very modern accommodation, well equipped kitchen and room. Good location, few steps to walking street, castle, and also close to the railway station. The elevator calling at level 3 (6) did not work, had to walk 1 level down to use.
