New, fresh, clean and spacious rooms. Comfy beds. Very good location next to the castle. Bus terminal on the ground floor. Smell coming from the drain in the bathroom.

Took the bus to the Sakuramachi terminal which was below the hotel and therefore very convinient. The first room we booked originally was a bit too small and therefore we requested to upgrade the room for a fee which was possible. The location is perfect and the view was also amazing to see Kumamoto castle. The only downside is that there are no laundry options, such as a coin laundary within the hotel.

Very nice 3-star hotel. The room was quite spacious, and it had a lovely outlook towards Kumamoto Castle. It is above the Sakuramachi shopping centre and there are plenty of food options nearby The entrance was a bit hard to find and the lobby was on the 6th or 7th floor

The air quality was very bad, with ac too cold, without - not possible to sleep

The location waz excellent, it was located practically inside the mall of sakuramachi which gave you direct access to the convinience stores, restaurants, etc. The stop of the tram was a couple of minutes and the bus station was in the same sakura-machi. The shopping area was also crossing the street. The room had a beautiful view of the kumamoto castle.

Like the fact it was close to everything we wanted to do and that it had a shopping outside of our hotel with plenty of eating places.

functional and clean. excellent location and convenient. our room is a bit smaller than we like. if the was just a couple of feet wider especially by the bed it won't have felt a bit cramped.

and very good decor and customer service would definitely want to stay here again, the price was amazing rooms are good size weird you have to go up to the 14th floor and then back into your room also the lift is inside of a shopping mall

No signage telling us how to find the hotel. We drove around for over 30 minutes trying to find girl. We did not find the hotel until we entered the parking lot and asked someone. Ridiculous!!!

Conveniently located in center of Kumamoto Sakura-Machi Mall. Lots of shopping and restaurants!! Easily accessible to airport shuttle and other public transportations The layout to find this hotel is a bit awkward when I first arrived, but once you find the hotel, it’s all good!

The hotel was directly above the mall which is so convenient. Rooms are new and great view of the Kumamoto Castle. The shopping street and restaurant are just opposite the hotel and mall under the hotel have everything you need. Parking are available nearby with some subsidize by the hotel. The hotel entrance is quite tricky, and the hotel lobby is at the higher floor while the rooms are on the lower floor which is a bit weird in feelings that I need to go to the lobby first then change elevator to the lower floor
