Convenient location, clean, quiet rooms with comfortable beds, and excellent hot springs. Nice ambiance and amenities as well. Easy check-in and checkout system. The breakfast is only available until 9:30. My friend and I were among the last to eat. I wish breakfast was offered till 10!

WE LOVE Dormy Inn. Enjoyed our stay here. Love the onsen and the facilities. Parking is not at site ...need to walk a bit but thats Ok . Free delicious ramen at night.

Staying at Dormy Inn is always a great experience, and this time was no different. It’s not our first time staying here, and we’re consistently satisfied with the rooms, the public bath, and the complimentary supper. The room, as always, was very comfortable and well-equipped. This wasn’t our first time staying at Dormy Inn, and it definitely won’t be our last. We love staying here for the spacious rooms and excellent facilities at an affordable price. This time, we chose it for the convenience of the location, right across from Sakura Machi Mall and easy access to the tram with a daily pass, which made getting around a breeze. As always, we enjoyed the onsen bath, which includes both indoor and outdoor options, plus a hot sauna and cold bath. The highlight for me, though, was the outdoor bath at this Kumamoto branch, being able to look up at the sky and see the moon and stars was unforgettable. It was such a peaceful and serene experience. The complimentary supper and free snacks were a nice touch, and the comfortable bed guaranteed a great night’s sleep. We’ll definitely look for Dormy Inn locations in other cities on our next trip to Japan. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and value! nothing

Onsen is nice but little rundown from use. Location is good we can walk to nearby Christmas market and shopping arcade which we had dinner and breakfast there. onsen is heavy used. it should be due to renovation soon. other than that it is dormy inn style. good stay good onsen.

We love the Dormy Inns. Comfortable beds, cotton bedding and lovely onsens. This one was a little worn and could have done with upgrading especially their coffee machines. No tea or hot chocolate
