The staff are welcoming , the facilities are comfortable, the cleanliness is top notch , and they provided mineral water every morning The Air conditioning i set to the lowest temperature but it wasn’t really cooling

Nice and warm, welcoming, beautiful interior with kumamoto kumamon feel . Very clean bedroom , staff tidied room daily. Near castle. Helpful staff. Good drinking water and breakfast Nothing much except the room lights are not bright enough for reading not writing but they added a study light. The plug was a bit bulky for the use of 2 switches. But this was minor.

Very nice and helpful staff, absolutely adorable decor, the hotel is well located (near the tram stop, not too far from the main train station in Kumamoto, close to the castle) the toilet was quite loud for some reason (and I'm not the kind of person who pays attention to that sort of thing), and when the upstairs neighbors were being loud, we could hear them at night

Staff were friendly. The Kumamon decoration was nice. Location was excellent for downtown activities . Room cleanliness was an issue. Walls were paper thin. Could easily hear other guests.

The price of the Standard Twin Room with Kumamon Theme is good value. There is an instant translation tablet at the reception, so it is easy to communicate with the staff. The place is close to the stations. The food options of the buffet restaurant can be much more. There are only three coin laundry for the whole hotel, so it is not easy to find an available time slot to do the laundry. The Standard Double Room is a bit tight for luggage.
