Very central location also my room was huge and clean! Loved the amenity bar as well. Had everything I could possibly need. I had to park at a separate parking location a 6 minute walk away. Not horrible but having to drive through a shopping street to get there and figuring out luggage was a bit of a pain. I wish there was more on sight parking or it was more clear that parking was first come first serve.

Amazing location right next to the main shopping arcade and castle. Clean, spacious room with all the amenities you'll need and a large bathroom. Staff were all very nice.

The rooms were bigger than we expected. Clean and comfortable with ample room to move about. Staffs were polite and well mannered. No issue communicating with the staffs during checkin in process or even when making enquiry for directions. Lobby is on Level 2, whilst on ground level (L1) there is a 7/11! Easy access to many options of food choices within walking distance. Na...All good!

Beds were OK. Location was very convenient to pedestrian shopping street and Castle. Staff spoke some English and went out of their way to be helpful. Shower was OK. Towels were thick. Cotton washcloths were supplied. Good tea and coffee bags available. There was a good desk and a comfortable sofa. Duvets were much too short, even though the beds were long enough. Pillows were Japanese style only. Walls were somewhat thin re neighbouring rooms or outside traffic. Amenity packages only contained one sugar and one creamer each. Beds were pushed together and against the wall. Should have been about a foot from the wall and a foot apart, with a small night table in between (there was no night stand). Needed a light over the desk.

It was mostly clean but the bathroom had soap scum.

High quality prompt service. Downtown location close to all major city highlights. Built-in combini. Good breakfast variety. Streaming services available on TV (work with your own accounts). Washing mashines' status seen on room TV is very helpful. I think a hotel that stops tucking the blankets in when making the beds and finds a friendlier way to show that the bed is fresh/unused will be blessed.

This hotel located in central location and full of restaurants. Check in and check out services was excellent. The stay was comfortable. Breakfast is not in great variety and not value in price.
