Bali Garden Beach Resort

Perfect location, beautiful resort surrounded by luscious gardens and two pools as well as a classy restaurant(s) that is located at the beach as well as at the entrance. There are plenty of food and drinks to choose from. Room was spacious and clean. A shopping centre is nearby too, where you can watch the Kecak dance for free. Highly recommended!

Location. Hotel is beach front but beach was closed we didn’t have access, this was main reason why I booked it.

We liked the location so close to Waterbom Park. The breakfast was great. The room was clean and everything we needed. We're not big fans of Kuta so wouldn't stay for more than 2 nights as we wanted to get out of Kuta.

Love the little location and facilities here. Multiple pools including swim up bar, and beach front dining. Extra discounts for local attractions made a big difference to our family, and spa treatments I had were amazing! In the room, loved the large fridge too! Nothing!

I had researched many resorts in Bali before choosing Bali Garden Beach Resort and it exceeded what I had read and seen prior to. The rooms were comfortable, all the staff with smiles and ready to assist you all the time, the food was excellent, the pools were great, the gardens beautiful. It was a perfect 10 for all our family. Nothing!!!

Lovely and clean good location staff super friendly and helpful

A lot of swimming pools, good food in a cafe, a large room, comfy bed, good breakfast. The beach near the hotel is under construction, heavy machinery works all day long on the beach,, and sometimes even at night. So there is a lot of noise and absolutely no good view. Insects in the room.

Amazing place, very relaxed with lots of staff on hand if needed. Excellent value for money & the breakfast buffet was brilliant 10/10 recommend Nothing, it was fantastic

Beautiful gardens and pools Nothing

Beautiful hotel and gardens, meandering pathways, statues and art, a lovely temple structure. 3 great, deep pools (the spa pool is adults only), 7 awesome restaurants! Good food and not overpriced. Impeccable service and super cheerful staff. Got a good special for massage, body scrub, facial, and foot massage for only 550k (3.5 hours!). Decent breakfast. Room was nice, but the beds were too hard for me. Nice balcony. Good soundproofing. No use of plastic bottles! Drinks and food delivered poolside. Swim-up bar. Awesome Waterbom water park is right across the street. No fault of the hotel, but the beach is off limits due to beach enhancement project. Large heaps of debris and heavy equipment all along the shore. Unfortunately a lot of garbage on the beach and in the water, even well north of hotel. Coastal boardwalk is convenient but mostly trashy. Hotel pools and amenities made up for it. Hotels do not seem to acknowledge airport pickup requests on Booking.com. When I requested confirmation, the hotel told me my request was "last minute" and denied me. When I pressed them, they came through.

Fantastic staff, food, bars, pools, rooms, restaurants, location. All the excavators and loaders parked out the front of the property. All the rubbish piled up just outside the property. But this is out of everyone's hands and is due to the beach erosion and rubbish washing ashore every night.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. The food was great and varied and the service was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful even early in the morning. The pool was amazing. The water temperature was great and the water clean. The convenience of having the bar at the central swimming pool was really great. Our room was really nice and cozy and offered enough comfort for us to feel spoilt and that it was worth it. I cannot think of anything that I particularly disliked.

This hotel has the most beautiful grounds, it claims to be beachfront however its unusable beach, but it is on the "beach front boardwalk". The staff are friendly, especially in the Temple Moon restaurant, We ate at the pool bar, and two other hotel restaurants and the food was good, but amazing food and service at Temple Moon. The area is busy, but has everything you need, waterbom park is across the road, Discovery shopping centre is 100 metres, close to the airport which is why i chose this hotel and the beautiful grounds. The room has cold filtered water which is a bonus. We booked a family room for a 2 night stay. The room was damp and the room had a very strong moldy smell, we were unable to keep the door open onto the patio as there were too many mosquitos, the outdoor sitting area off the room is quite dark and overgrown (tropical) not suitable to sit outside. This was the only bad thing. The rest of the hotel is super beautiful and lovely.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a fantastic variety of options to choose from. I especially appreciated the adults-only pool — it was wonderful to have a peaceful space to unwind (nothing against kids, but the quiet was lovely!). The on-site restaurants also offered an excellent range of dining options.

The resort was exceptional, the rooms were comfortable and clean, pool and surrounding gardens were tranquil, restraints and bars were fantastic. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were so lovely and accommodating.
