Melasti Kuta Beach Hotel and Spa

Wij hadden 2 kamers verbonden met een deur tussen. 2 badkamers, 2 terrassen, koffie/thee mogelijkheden in kamer, 2 kleine koelkasten. Wifi was voldoende. 1 kamer had een heel groot bed en 1 extra echt bed, de andere kamer had 2 apparte bedden en 1 extra echt bed. Ook nog een kledingkast, tv meubel, tafel met stoel, verhoogd rek om koffer op te leggen, 2 stoel/zetels met tafeltje, 2 nachtkastjes, op het terras ook 2 stoelen met tafeltje en wasrek. Schoonmaak was ook dagelijks, met nieuwe handdoeken, koffie/thee/waterflesjes. Ontbijt was buffet, westers/aziatisch. Receptie kon snel voor alles zorgen, taxi, uitstappen, andere hulp en waren altijd correct met prijzen. Het zwembad was ook heerlijk, er zijn er 2. Het is wel een ouder hotel dat ook echt vroeger wel 4 sterren zal geweest zijn, nu geeft ik het eerder 3 sterren. De ligging is wel zeer centraal. Wij waren met 6 mensen, vier volwassenen en 2 kleinere kinderen van 7 en 8 jaar. In de badkamer was de sproeislang van het bad/douche stuk maar toen ik het vertelde aan de receptie stuurden zij meteen een technieker om het te herstellen. 3 minuten wachten en in totaal 10 minuten tot het hersteld was. 1 echt min punt was wel dat er ondanks genoeg plaats aanwezig er geen handdoekrek was in de badkamer.

The hotel itself was very different from the pictures shown. The pool was very dirty and slippery, which was quite dangerous, especially for children. The hotel felt abandoned and had a moldy smell. At night, it felt like a haunted house. However, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff were amazing. Nice quiet place in a good location. No direct beach access however wasnt far to get to the beach

Central location close to restaurants and shopping. I will come again soon! Second the dinning room buffet was always done with smiles! Kind and professional employees like I Kadeck angga Juliarta made our meal delightful ?. Great time Not a thing!

the location and the Balinese style architecture made it a nice setting to stay in. the room was comfortable. Had a kettle in the room but no coffee, tea, creamer or cups in the room.

The hotel accommodated our early-morning late check-in, which we informed them about after booking.The staff were friendly. It’s in a great location, within walking distance of the nightlife in Kuta. The buffet breakfast was nice and offered every day. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was comfortable and perfect for resting and recharging before the next day’s trip. The hotel also has two swimming pools and hot/cold showers. none

location was close to restaurants and shopping. Gardens and pool were well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast options were minimal. Ala carte menu was plentiful. Shower kept flooding within minutes.

Close proximity to what we needed to do

The hotel is close to almost everything and that’s the only good thing about it Buuuut the rooms had mold and the smell of it was a killer couldn’t sleep , this absolutely a huge issue I don’t know why a hotel is not fixing it …. There was also a worm inside the room . I don’t recommend at all even though I stayed one night but it was horrible

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bali! The staff were warm and attentive, the room was clean and beautifully designed, and the location was perfect—close to the beach and local shops but still peaceful. The breakfast was fresh and varied, and the pool area was a relaxing escape. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bali!

The room smelt damp, and the pool could have been cleaner, but I would stay there again very peaceful considering wear it is just utilize your renavated rooms they were all empty, and I did book a superior room

They go above and beyond to make your comfortable can't fault them staff are so friendly
