The views were incredible and the staff was very friendly The pool next to our room was out of service and that was not disclosed to us prior to booking. My bed was full of ants. The kettle in my room didn't work. And the water ran out on the last day of our stay.

The bathroom in the ocean view room was only spatially separated half walls, but not fully closed off with a door, which can be wierd depending on who you share the room with.

Quiet, comfortable, cosy stay. Gorgeous view of sunrises over Areguling beach. Friendly helpful staff Good restaurant for local breakfast of fried rice and coffee. Steep slope up to accommodation, I wasn't confident to hire my own scooter to drive up the slope. Staff helped me find drivers.

Location was good and good service by the staff good customer service No water in pool and mould in rooms. Road up the hill needs repairs quite bad for scooters n cars

DO NOT STAY HERE. The location is up a very steep gravel road that is not safe for motorbikes, even vehicles have a hard time getting up. The view is beautiful but you are far away from any kind of restaurant or warung. When we arrived we knew right away that this was not what we had envisioned based on the description. It is run down and the pool has no water. We called the manager and although he agreed to refund our money on the phone he did not respond for 4 days and has yet to refund our money. We have stayed with so many wonderful hosts at amazing home stays - this is not one of them. Nothing

Staff friendly, view amazing, staff assisted us with a motor bike and a transport/driver when required Fresh water was not replenished daily, Wifi services where not available due to the bill not being paid.

Very nice view and friendly employees. Food was ok. Close to a excelent left- and righthander. Big room and clean pool with a ocean view. Overall a very good hotel for a surfing trip. Far distant from Kuta (20 min with scooter) and difficult tot fix a taxi. There where sometimes communication problems when ordering food but at the end everything came good.

Good ocean view nice clean rooms good food! Super friendly people thanks! Air cons didn’t work properly but we got a new room which was really nice. Not their fault of course. Also pretty dangerous to drive up with a scooter on the steep hill.

The staff, position, views, food and rooms were great! Mostly good. There is a bit of maintenance here and there that could be completed.

The view, the pool, the style of the bungalows It seems the property is not maintained as it should be : room was not very clean, toilet was half broken and dirty (we had the King size room). You can tell the main pool is not cleaned regularly due to the green color (staff just throws some javel coins in it every once in a while). Secondary pool alongside the restaurant has been broken for a long time (no water in it, some mud inside). Access road is destroyed. The staff is nice and smiling but can barely speak English so communication is very limited without google translate. Staff cannot really help you with services beyond check in and check out (no advice where to go and eat, no flexibility for motorbike rental, no laundry service, etc.)

The banana pancakes for breakfast were great, as well as the watermelon juice The kitty that lives in the hotel is super cute The view was beautiful They rent motorbikes at the hotel and there’s a lot of variety to choose from Attention to detail is really lacking in mostly everything - the shampoo and shower gel bottles in the bathroom were empty, the bathroom next to the restaurant was completely disgusting, the dog that lives in the hotel was full of ticks One of the swimming pools doesn’t have water apparently for quite some time according to the previous reviews The staff doesn’t speak English very well so it’s hard to make requests/ ask questions The food in the restaurant is quite mediocre The beach near the hotel is full of trash so not really usable :(
