Palm Green Hotel

My favourite place to stay in all of Indonesia. It is worth the price and location is excellent.

The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is delicious. Great value for money.

It doesn’t look like at the pictures, everything is extremely old and dirty.

Super chill, amazing best, scenery and setting are stunning, rooms spacious, very clean. Friendly, welcoming Ong staff - Ardy is incredible. Lovely cats. Would stay again. Few lightbulbs missing here and there - monkeys could be a bit stressful at times.

Nicest staff always there ready to help in every way. Highly recommend for the value. Well looked after accommodation.

Great location in Kuta, bungalows nice in general but mine was far away from being in a good state (maybe the others were better). One electricity plug was removed and the other one did not properly work and was half open inside my bungalow, so there was just one outside in the outside bathroom. The room did not get cleaned at all during my 8 days stay and there was no bin in my room neither. The aircon and wifi had often glitches but was okaish during my stay. Very basic and generally the facility felt not being in the best state. The claimed restaurant was more an open kitchen where barely any food was prepared so I rather recommend elsewhere in one of the nice other local restaurants. It is fine for a stay but for the price I feel there are better options to find and don't expect more than very basic accommodation.

Everything . The hotel is within walking distance to coffee shop. The staff are friendly. The pool clean and the breakfast delicious. I have based myself from the Palm Green for 2 months and keep coming back

The pool was great and then on day 4 of our stay they put the wrong chemicals in it and it turned sludge green. Their remedy hadn't worked by the time we left 36 hours later. But it was a great size and attractive surroundings. Room was minimalist and fine but things are a bit tired... sheets and towels could be replaced... and it could be better visually with a wee decorative something. Staff were lovely. Breakfast a bit limited... given the price they could improve things a touch.

Very quiet location with a big room, we had the twin with its own courtyard and outside shower, lovely clean pool , super friendly staff and good breakfast. We booked one night and stayed 6 ! Definitely recommended!

My quite expensive sandals were destroyed by some animal over night. The morning staff member didn't really even seem to care or say sorry. He just laughed. I think some compensation might've been in order. They should have signs up to tell you to take your shoes inside. I noticed that some other people's shoes had also been destroyed.

Excellent and friendly service. Clean and well maintained. Nice quiet location, but still close to everything.

Nice garden and pool, friendly staff This place lacks any comfort. The bed mattress is rock hard, and the rest of the furniture in the room feels like someone’s diy project, the common area also only has hard wooden benches. So it’s just not a place where you’d enjoy spending time. Also my room only had blinds, no curtains, so either everyone sees into your room or you are sitting in the dark. The AC struggles to keep the room cold during the day. The staff is kind but speaks very little English so it’s hard to communicate your problems with them.
