I could tell there's construction issues like how the water from the shower goes to the toilet area, creating a lot of puddles

We loved everything about our stay here. The property was really lovely and had everything we could want with the restaurants, pool, beach, bar, and buffets. The prices were a bit high but as would be expected at this type of resort. Everything was great! If you have snacks or drinks you like, it is advisable to stop at the airport to stock up as there are no markets nearby.

Breakfast was amazing, plenty of options to choose from. Staff very kind and always making sure you have everything you need. Hotel driver was very helpful getting us around island. You won’t regret booking your vacation here!!

Calm, very spacious hotel, great pool Free shuttle is very helpful Staff seemed annoyed when ask for service, always had to ask them multiple time Sometime we would book room service and our plates would stay for days outside of our room Also food is expensive and lack of quality Way too much humidity everywhere in the hotel We couldn’t access the beach at all which they should probably mention

I generally prefer smaller boutique properties, but this was one of the only higher end hotels with last minute availability. This made it feel less personal and also it was a long walk from the reception to our room. It also required a taxi to get into town.

Beautiful pool ,rooms in a nice location .food was excellent The staff were lovely particularly Retam who looked after us at breakfast each day ( we did a la carte instead of the buffet ) My only recommendation would be to have the outdoor eating area split between smoking and non smoking .

Staff at the Restaurant and Pool Bar were great. Shuttle transport to Kuta was a plus. It's close to the best Lombok Beach you can find(Tanjung Aan) The beach at the Hotel is a SCAM!!! Full of stones, really hard to enjoy; that's why everyone is at the pool and not the beach. Security doesn't take care of the sellers at the beach

View from lobby is amazing. Staff were friendly, room was comfortable, and the food was good. The beach isn't great, the pool is only 1m deep, and there is nothing within walking distance. There is a shuttle to Kuta L. town, but it isn't always on time.

Location was very good especially if staying for MotoGP, but they have NO rooms for that period ever. Food quality was good except the breakfast which was not warm during service. Choices area was big but variety poor. It looks very old and tired in the corridor areas and really bad foist smell in and around the conference and meeting rooms. Some of the furniture could do with upgrading.

Hotel and facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and very helpful with anything you need The adjacent beach to the property is not as nice as some others in the area but those are a short scooter ride away.
