We loved everything, this place is absolutely gorgeous, we were able to snorkel right off the beach and see some amazing sea life. The staff were so friendly and helpful, every interaction left me feeling lucky to be there. The food at the breakfast buffet and the restaurant was delicious and the room service was prompt. We hope we can come back again! There is a racetrack near by that you can often hear but nothing too intense.

The villas had a lot of bugs in them. Just the way they are built you can see pretty big open crevices that allow bugs/lizards in freely. The staff did ensure everything was super clean though so might just be part of the experience.

Staff were exceptional , location was superb, older resort but cleanliness and overall ground maintenance was excellent. Beach was clean and facilities eg sunlounges and daybeds were plentiful.

The restaurant is very good. Everything we ate was delicious including the pizzas. The bathrooms had been renovated from our last visit which was very welcome. Rooms were spacious, clever connecting rooms. We wanted to try the Pullman hotel but they were not able to guarantee connecting rooms for our family so we decided to go back to the Novotel. The restaurant staff got our orders wrong once or twice. It was due to language issues i.e English. It wasnt a big problem to be honest. Once due to a storm warning the sun beds mattresses had been removed. When it cleared up, we wanted to use the pergolas and none of the beach boys helped us remove all the mattresses that they had piled onto the pergolas. They could see that we were standing there. In the end we did it ourselves and they never offered any assistance which I found odd since there were 4 staff in the hut and they were just chatting.

Next to a clean beach, nice swimming pool, nice spacious room. There was a problem with the air conditioning, it was fixed within 10 minutes ?? Food options can be better, lot of steps, no elevator.

The design of the place The beach was very muddy, dirty and not ready for swimming.

Nice resort at the beach and close to Kuta city. Good restaurant and plenty of sunbeds at the beach and pool. The room was clean and comfy. It is not possible to walk to the city center, you need a taxi or scooter.

Very nice personnel The hotel is near the motorcycle circuit and you can hear the motos in the room Some mornings we got woken up by the noise

Large hotel with the full suite of services available. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The hotel is a little dated and less "glitzy" than some other hotels at a similar price point but it is somewhat charming in this way and feels like stepping back a couple of decades (although with good Wifi available everywhere). The grounds are very spacious and shady. One nice thing about this hotel compared to other large hotels is that it doesn't have any large and imposing buildings - even the 3 level building with the more basic rooms feels like it is set amongst the trees and does not dominate the landscape. There is an open air restaurant and bar, two pools, lounging both pool and beachside, and direct beachfront access. The beachfront is unfortunately not very clean for swimming but the sunset views are very nice. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the centre of Kuta and the hotel has plenty of drivers available to organise a car even on short notice. We had drivers pick us up from the town centre more than once and we didn't have to wait more than about 15 minutes. I had some laundry done which was a bit expensive and had a small issue when the hotel momentarily misplaced my items, but they were very quick to address the problem.
