I will stay here again. Here or at Jivana across the street. Both properties were outstanding. I did a couple private villas and they were found lacking compared to these places. Immaculate facilities, good food, clean pools, immaculate. Great breakfast and dinner.

My wife and I loved this hotel. It was the perfect place to convalesce after coming down with a bit of "Bali belly." The pools are nice and clean, the staff is incredibly helpful, and we enjoyed the on site restaurant. N/a

what a beautiful hotel, 3 pools to choose from and the breakfast was amazing with plenty to choose from. Staff were amazing. No fridge, really missed this for our cold water.

Amazingly good food, really well maintained and quiet, very friendly staff - all of that for a price that is unbeatable. Amazing place. Maybe could start the breakfast 30 min earlier :)

Very friendly and professional staff. The rooms were very comfy and clean. The swimming pool areas were awesome, great restaurant with amazing food!

The breakfast choices are good and the breakfast so yummy . The location is also very practical because u can reach all the good restaurants and good beaches easily with the scooter. I wished that there were amenities in the room like toothbrush or shaving kit and maybe a mini fridge to store the water.

The property was beautiful. It was only surpassed by the staff. Bagus, the barista, made breakfast an art form. everything was perfect.

Quality of breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was excellent and service was very good. The bakery products from the nearby Bakehouse were excellent! I don't understand why the cinnamon rolls are excluded from the "Room Breakfast" because the price on the menu is the same as the items that are included. Food and drinks were consistently excellent. Housekeeping was inconsistent. One day we returned to our room after 3 pm and they were still cleaning our room. I asked them about not being able to lock the balcony door and they had no answer and suggested I speak with the manager. I did so and he said rooms on the second floor were very safe. When I returned to the room I found the cleaning staff had left their keys in our door which gave us access to every room at the property. When I returned the keys to the front desk, the clerk laughed it off. This was the most disturbing incident.

Very nice hotel, good location, close to the busy street. The food in the hotel is so good, and they have happy hour. Beautiful pools, its adults only, so there is no noise. It was perfect

The staff were outstanding - couldn't be more helpful. Food and drink options were excellent, pool area immaculate and out door bathroom was superb Nothing - other than I only was staying two nights - would love to have stayed longer

Rascals is the perfect place for couples looking to unwind. Having three different pools to choose from was a huge highlight, it never felt crowded. The location is ideal; it's tucked away enough to be quiet but only a short walk to the main strip. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was delicious every morning.

Great location and amazing staff that went out of their way to assist. Very clean and quiet and a gorgeous setting. The food was OK, but the menu items were not that interesting. No conditioner in the shower.

The area and rooms were stunning and immaculate. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and they serve a great breakfast. No drawbacks, would definitely recommend.
