The location was great - near the main area of kuta but not noisy. The staff at the front desk were always so attentive, friendly and helpful. The bathroom had occasional smell. We have experienced this a lot throughout Bali so it’s not just this property.

Located right on the main road about 20 minutes walk from most places. Excellent price and kind staff. You can go up on the roof and get a great view. Very noisy neighbors in nearby room were having a party just outside my room at all hours of the night. I asked them to quiet down but they did not. Also I could not sleep because there were one or two mosquitos in my room, even on the 3rd floor, and they can easily enter through openings in the bathroom. I was there during rainy season and the next property had lots of puddles and mud for mosquitos to breed. I smelled a lot of cigarette smoke too because people smoke outside their rooms.

Liked the location, the bed, the stuff and great value I had the room 101 which is next to the stairway and where the stuff stay so it would get quite loud if people were passing by or talking. The mosquitos were a bothersome but I got some spray from the stuff and went on a hunt to clear them.

Unfortunately like lots of places in Indonesia, their drainage system is not set up properly and doesn't have a "P trap". Therefore the smell from the drain in the bathroom comes back into the room. The smell was really bad. I couldn't stay more than one night.

Spacious room and comfortable beds. Hotel was good. But Lombok's biggest problem is taxi mafia which prevents Gojek and other ride sharing services to operate, except perhaps if you are close to the airport area. This helps the bike rental and private drivers make a lot of money. I think many local residents in Lombok live in a lower standard of living compared to other parts of Indonesia, and these standards can be improved if residents are allowed to operate their own ride sharing services and the government takes stronger action on the taxi mafia!
