Tiu Oasis Lombok

Overall, I had a really good stay here. The property is beautiful, very aesthetically designed, and feels well maintained. The biggest highlight, though, was the staff. A special shout-out to Zar, who genuinely made the stay much more convenient. Whether it was helping us book cabs, arranging scooters, or assisting with anything else we needed, he was always ready to help with a smile. Hospitality here is definitely one of the strongest points of this property. The breakfast was good, and the food overall was satisfactory. The pool was also clean and well maintained, making it a nice place to relax. There is a construction site next to the property, but honestly, it wasn't something that bothered us much. Also, as of July 2026, the road leading to the property is still under development. That said, we had absolutely no trouble reaching it on a scooter, even with two people riding. Hopefully, once the road work is complete, the experience will be even better. The location is also convenient. It's close enough to the busy streets of Kuta while still being away from the noise, and it's just a short ride from the beach. The only thing I felt could be improved was the bedding. The room itself was clean, but the bedsheets, pillow covers, and cushion covers looked a bit worn out and didn't feel as fresh as they should have. Even the sofa had a few visible stains. It's not a deal breaker, and I'm sure room service would help if you asked, but I do think replacing or refreshing the linens would make a huge difference. Overall, it's a property I'd definitely recommend if you're staying around Kuta. Fix the bedding, and this place would easily be an exceptional stay.

Zar and everyone at Tiu Oasis are so friendly and accommodating. Every time I stay they go above and beyond to make it enjoyable. Best value for money in a great location and a beautiful villa. Can’t wait to stay again next year

The staff were very helpful, nice and happy. I asked for specific decorations and items for a surprise birthday, and they managed to source everything, set it up and decorated incredible well! 10/10 would recommend! They went above and beyond for us!

Loved every aspect of my stay! The road off the main road could use some improvement, which I understand is in the works by the government.

Aesthetically exactly as pictured and all very cute, outdoor bathroom very fun. Staff helpful on WhatsApp and organising port transfers The villa and ground’s: aesthetically are exactly as pictured and all very cute and instagramable. Outside bathroom was fun and no bugs, just some friendly lizards. Important to note that as tourism grows in Kuta, so does construction (literally all around the outside of the villa) and the sites work from early in the morning and through the weekend and was woken by this even with the use of earplugs. I stayed in September 2024 and this construction looks like it will continue for quite some time in the surrounds. Also a lot of barking dogs in the surrounds. Villa is well off the main road but signposted well Temperature: Bed sheets are like tissue paper and the remote control for our air con did not work, it didn’t seem to be for our unit, perhaps it was for another? Layout: Stairs are poorly designed and steps are very close together which makes it difficult to use, I actually fell down this stairs and was just greatful I didn’t fall off the side but I got quite a bit of bruising Service: Would have loved to give the service 5 stars because they are brilliant to connect with through WhatsApp and very prompt replying, but in person it’s different energy and unfortunately eyecontact can be avoided etc. Staff were brilliant at organising transfers to/ from Bangsal port. Food: didn’t get breakfast included but got it on our last morning as needed to leave early for the port and didn’t have time to go into the town. It was disappointing, wouldn’t recommend. Then again I have seen other reviews that say the food was fair so maybe we ate on a bad day? You could make your mind up yourself on this if you stay based on mixed reviews. Location: As other reviews also describe the road to the villa is a dirt track and not a road so if you are not an experienced scooter driver you are probably best on foot. It wasn’t recommended by staff that we walk however it was a completely flat 20 min walk to the centre of Kuta, and as Europeans this walk really was a thing of nothing.

The design of the hotel is super, we booked the villa for 4 nights and it was awesome. The only thing is that the kitchen of the villa need some needful equipment like a bootle opener, cooking spoon ect ( because there is nothing to cook). For the rest it was super nice and easy to book a scooter to ☺️ The sofa outside on our terrace and the one in the living room are full of stain ?

Nice small resort, fine en friendly staff, last couple of 100 meters through a sandy road but it is for sure worth it. They could use more sunbeds
