The staff are very attentive, friendly, and professional. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It offers very comfortable beds, a tidy bathroom, and a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property. Overall, I had another very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had great experience with this hotel, staff was super polite, room was great and breakfast was good. Its exactly like on the pictures.

The area is amazing, the beds and the room itself is clean There is a very bad smell from the toilet that made our stay very uncomfortable all the room were smelling

the size of the room - two floors and two good sofa. I have no more from "good" there ) 1. There was no water at the room, completely. Staff suggested us nothing but wait for hours (until tomorrow by the fact). No help, no water provided, just nothing. 2. Room wasn't completely clean - some old toothpaste as an example. 3. Toilet was partially broken. 4. I've several times told the staff we leave at 3am and got "yeah, sure, no problem, just leave a key at the desk", but (!) the main entrance was closed and I've spent some time hitting/knocking the door just to wake this staff up to leave a key.

The location. The hotel, while quite historic, is charming. The staff was always anxious to please and help in every way. We loved the little veranda. The locks on the doors were difficult to maneuver. There was a sewage smell coming out of the drain in the bathroom. The breakfast was lovely but the second day the vegetables could have been fresher.

Location was good, staff were nice, good price, big rooms We had two rooms, one had a leakage from the bathroom and it makes a lot of noise too. On the other room the bathroom lock was broken and the shower the holder was broken too. To get in to the hotel you need to go on a rocky street and go up like 10 stairs - a little hard with big luggage.

Central location, close to the city center. Accommodation is just on the noisy street so one cannot sleep well at night, its really noisy even at night. Ok for a short stay in the town.

Good location Room needs renovation! No toilet paper… Shower gel caused allergy, no idea what they poored in.. Minibar empty. Shower broken. Personnel friendly but doesn’t care at all. Tv remote not available… No sound isolation + personnel and other guests speaking load at night.

The room was behind where lots of noise and shouting was late at night.it went over midnight the noise.

The location of the hotel The hotel is not soundproofing at all You can hear everything (cars from outside,even people talking from other rooms) Also there is an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.

This is a small and convenient hotel directly in the centre. The location is excellent, everything is around: restaurants, supermarkets, exchange offices, sights. The room was nicely furnished, private bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was included. WiFi was working well and was reliable.
