perfect location. 3-5 minute walk to colchis fountain, spar, and many restaurants within walking distance. Maia was lovely - very welcoming and helpful, and made my stay feel like i was home. thank you so much!

We really liked the atmosphere of this hotel, we felt really welcomed, like in a family. Also the facility was really clean. Almost everything I the haus is vintage, for my sanse of taste - it is amazing, exactly what you need! At the morning we had a breakfast - it was also really good: vegetables, eggs, cheese, jogurt, bread, fruits**. I can really recommend this place

Big spacious room, bathroom was cleaned daily. Fridge available on our floor was great.

I liked everything very much. The owners made us check-in late at night, because we arrived late, thank them very much for that. The hotel is in the city center, in a picturesque place, in front of a hotel there is a beautiful garden. The rooms are air-conditioned and cozy, also there is a terrace. The interior is a bit retro, but I really like that.

The room was modern, nice and clean. So was the bathroom. I didn't expect to get this high standard for the price I paid. The breakfast was great and there were a lot of different dishes. I recommend everyone to stay here! -

The building is located at the end of a narrow, dead-end street in the old part of the city with relatively low, residential buildings. The building is entered through a garden with figs and grapes, and the rooms themselves are located on a piano nobile. The building, beautifully finished inside with stucco, with high ceilings, has, however, long since seen its best days. The room we got for our family of four looked like it had been adapted for school groups. Since we did not expect hotel standards, what we were offered, although a bit unusual, satisfied us very much. The hosts are very nice and prepared us a royal breakfast in Georgian style. The value of this guesthouse is primarily determined by the atmosphere of this house, a bit of a luxury destroyed by communism.

the breakfast is AMAZING. i would come back a thousand times just for that alone lol, plus every day the lady who managed the place cooked something different for me so i could try homemade and quality food. the owners do not speak much english but they are very nice people, i had a great time during my stay. nothing in particular, the price-quality-location ratio of this place is excellent.

Good location, friendly staff. Furniture a bit old-fashioned but authentic. Rooms were simple but clean. Sometimes wifi connection had issues.
