Interier, stuff, lovely breakfast
-
There is a lot of space in the room so it would be great to have a proper desk and chair and sofa. The coffee table in the room is small and not very functional.
-
Large room with a modern bathroom. Wifi worked well. There’s a lovely seating area outside. I left early before breakfast was available so didn’t get to try it. They do offer it whenever you’d like it. They didn’t provide filtered water beyond a bottle in the room.

The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast complete with omelette and crepes was good. We couldn’t get the front door open when trying to go out for the afternoon and couldn’t find the receptionist to assist us. We ended up going out the back patio area and through a rear gate leading to an alleyway. Also, we had a room facing the street and could hear traffic during the night.

Friendly staff, clean rooms
-
We booked 2 twin beds but we got a single double bed. The staff was very rude claiming it was not requested in advance but it was in my Booking details. He said I would have to pay even if I cancelled. I would NEVER recommend this place

Really classy small hotel with great inner decor, and a very comfortable and large veranda where one can enjoy your evening tea/coffee/wine/chacha after a long day. Our room was large, the bed and linen were very comfortable, and we had a nice street view from the balcony. Windows are really soundproofing. Breakfast was not very rich, but really tasty (great pancakes and omelette ++) Nothing for my taste really

Location, stiff, breakfast was lovely and very good

Big rooms, great breakfast. Quite. Nothing
-
Great hotel located very near the old town, but outside of the paid parking zone. Spacious room, clean and well-lit. Similar, but very good breakfast freshly made every morning. Very friendly and forthcoming owners, we'll definitely stay at the hotel again if we are back in Kutaisi. Highly recommended! Nothing.

The Staff was lovely, very clean, everything what I requested was fulfilled. Location Good, a bit maybe Far form the center but city is pretty small. everything was perfect including lunch I liked everything

The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean and had a nice garden.
-
Not too far from the centre located in a quiet street. The rooms were cleaned daily and we were provided with all the necessary amenities. The staff are very nice and 24/7 available. The breakfast could alternate a bit between days as the same was served everyday (some fruit would be nice).

The rooms are very clean and modern, set within a charming historical building. We’re grateful to the owner for the warm and welcoming hospitality—especially for the delicious homemade breakfast and quality coffee. We also used the hotel’s transfer service, which was reliable and convenient.

Great location. Boutique type of place, nice and cozy in an old house but completely renovated with nice breakfast too. The staff were amazing, beautiful people very friendly and nice, polite, ready to help with anything anytime. And the one staff standing above all others was Grigori Benidze, an extraordinary young man who made our stay really extra special! This hotel is lucky to have him! Unfortunately some non considerate guests don’t realize that all the rooms are in the hotel lobby, since it’s a boutique hotel, and they were talking loudly or even having long telephone conversations quite late at night. But that’s not the property mistake it’s just the guests culture…

The bed was comfortable and the location was also really good. The room was a bit noisy (windows were facing the road) and bit small.
-
The room in this hotel was quite comfortable, with a beautiful interior, a fairly comfortable bed, and it was clean. The breakfast was modest, but considering the hotel’s price, it was decent enough. The location can be described as convenient, though it does have some nuances. The biggest drawback was the location, as the hotel is situated on a busy road, and it was extremely noisy both day and night. Because of that, we could hardly sleep at night. Also, walking from the hotel to the city center meant going along that same busy road, which was very uncomfortable.
-
A delightful small, family run hotel with spotless and spacious rooms, a nice location near the center of Kutaisi (walking distance from the old city center), and a tasty breakfast. A really lovely stay! Would gladly stay again if we come back. We got lucky and had no problem parking, but you should know that parking could be a challenge in the city if you arrive by car.
