Wonderful hotel. Very big room. Comfortable beds. Clean and cozy. Beautiful and historic room for breakfast. Delicious food. Owners are very friendly and welcoming. Pretty good location. Several minutes walk from church. We would recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their friendly and attentive service. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I slept better here than I do at home! The location was perfect—close to everything, yet quiet enough to relax. Breakfast offered a great selection of fresh and delicious options. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Incredible location with its views, the air is very refreshing, it’s also super close to the center where you can see ancient buildings. Very vintage and clean environment, the hotel has ancient walls. Breakfast is super delicious with local dishes. People there(at the hotel) are also very kind.

Very clean and bio environment, everything is made of wood, comfortable location, 5 minutes to the center, 2 minutes to the Bagrati Monastery, ancient center, best air. Thanks to Konstantin for the transfer and the tour. There was nothing negative about this place, it even exceeded my expectations.

This hotel is the Best place to stay at in Kutaisi. Amazing views, very clean rooms, bio environment, incredible breakfast. Affordable prices. Very good quality, heartwarming staff. If you want a good warm, friendly environment with amazing quality this hotel is for you.

I loved the location, the view, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the balcony area was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything felt cozy and welcoming. There wasn’t anything major I disliked. Some small details could be improved, but overall the stay was very pleasant.

The staff waz very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great location specifically for rooms with a city view. Its close to the historic church of bagrati. The matress was not comfortable at all. The breakfast has very limited options.

The hotel trrace was nice and the owner Mrs salumi was helpful and nice person .. and the breakfast was good … and the room is big and nice for our family 4 persons .. it’s was nice staying even for a one night ??????

Nothing much just the balcony We had a disappointing experience during our stay. Initially, the owner was initially offered the complimentary drop, then he started asking us to pay once we checked in The rooms were much smaller than expected and felt quite cramped. Most concerning, though, was the condition of the bathroom: the glass panel in the washroom seemed loose and felt like it could fall at any moment, which is a serious safety hazard—especially for children.

The hotel is in a good location—just a 10-minute walk from the city center and very close to Bagrati Cathedral. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is genuinely helpful and kind. I had a pleasant stay
