Green Rooms

Spacious room, clean, attentive staff, great breakfast, provided water bottles in room. Walk to the center of town was 15 minutes. Only issue was the entry gets locked at night, so had to notify staff when I planned to return late one night, and I felt bad making them wait for me, but they were very kind.

Stuff was not very friendly

It is the second time we stopped by Green Rooms and we enjoyed everything. The position is perfect to reach the city center, while staying in a quiet neighbourhood. We appreciated the nice design of the rooms and very friendly hosts. We recommend the place to the other guests

The hotel was nice overall, but the breakfast was the real highlight – so cute and tasty. It honestly made me decide to leave the highest score.

Pillows were too big and hard

I didn’t expect the hotel comparing with the price! First let us not say Hotel! It’s a motel!! It’s like you’re in relative’s home! If we come back late we need to wait till someone opens for us! They did not clean the room when we were out !! The breakfast is so poor! Only 2 staff and they don’t speak English !!! Rooms quite small !! I don’t recommend and won’t come back if I visit Kutaisi again Everything

Cozy room and friendly staff. Wi-Fi did not work. The room was rather cold in mid February.

Design is fresh and modern, clean. Feels pretty new. Breakfast is good. The stay did not meet my expectations. It felt more like a small family-run hotel in a residential area, resembling a large family home. There was no available parking at the hotel (the only space was already occupied), even though I had explicitly requested one in advance. As a result, I had to leave my car on the street near the hotel. The air conditioning in the room was extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep with it on. I had booked an upgraded room, but it was still very small and not particularly comfortable. The room seemed to be upgraded only in a cosmetic sense. Despite booking a room for two, there was only one pair of slippers and one bathrobe provided. I had to ask for a second set. Additionally, the blanket lacked a duvet cover and didn’t feel fresh or clean.

The stuff was very helpful. The hotel is situated in the residential area 15 minutes walk from the city center. The beds were quite comfortable. Breakfast was quite good, but not top of the top. Water in the sink didn't drain properly. Wardrobe wasn't suitable for using by 3 people.
