Awesome perfect

Perfect for our family of 6! Unit was large with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a spacious living room and kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit were great. The staff was SO helpful upon check in and everywhere on property. Requested parking and private onsen in advance and they were able to accomodate. Public onsen was also wonderful. Breakfast buffet was amazing! And location is at the top of the drive, just across from the lift. Easy to get to restaurants and shops in town. Overall, amazing stay! Would definitely stay again with a large family or group of friends. NOTHING

The prices are very reasonable during summer but the staff here are makes it special, they are truly wonderful and genuinely pleasant, especially a Japanese lady at the front desk and a lady at the cafe deli, except a female staff at the onsen who wasn’t very polite and a nonchalent person at check-out. The rooms are modern and spacious, however, showing their age, especially the showers. I did not have the breakfast buffet but dinner at its restaurant was underwhelming. Niseko in summer wasn’t very eventful and getting around or eating is a pain so I don’t reccommend coming in summer. I will definitely come back in winter and stay here again.

I loved everything about my stay. The facilities, including the gym, onsen, café, and restaurant, were excellent, and every member of the staff provided impeccable service. None!

Excellent breakfast. More attention to details. 1. The batteries in the TV remotes were either dead (Apple TV that I recharged) or needed to be replaced. 2. The scale in the privale onsen was not working (battery problem?). 3. The dark carpet in the Studio Room had not been properly vacuumed. (Small chocolate bits in the carpet). Overall, my experience was good value for money. However, for a hotel of this standard, more attention to details is needed.

Not too much Japanese staff. It's not that I didn't like them or that they weren't nice, they were incredibly nice. It just felt less like Japan.

It was beautiful and staff went above and beyond. It was the end of season so most of the town was literally closed.

Room is super spacious. Full facilities, we cooked every night after skiing. From hotel, u can walk around enjoy snow without suit. Bathroom light! I felt like shower in blind. No light. Central heater really killed us. We cant control anything but turn it off .

Everything went really good. Staffs are really friendly. Nothing to complain about
-
Large rooms comfortable and super clean. Excellent service. Ski in/out. Good breakfast

Has everything you need and very easy ski access. The view of the volcano was spectacular from the room.

Amazing location and staff is exceptional! Can’t wait to come back.

The ladies who greeted us at the front & checked us in and out were so warm and friendly. Every detail from material use, design, user experience felt like someone created it for themself to enjoy instead of for a business. It was luxurious yet cozy. These touches can't be seen in the photos but the high quality can be felt when you are there! If you choose a place to stay in Niseko, this is the one.

Everything was perfect!

Best breakfast I had in Japan and the bike parking service was top!

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was marvelous!! The staff was very helpful and speaks good English. They went out of their ways to find activities for our kids and printed maps of the areas with activities. We booked for the 3-bedroom studio, but didn't expect it to come with 3 bathrooms! Wonderful. Nothing at all.

We are a family of 5 stayed in 3 bedroom suite. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed. If I come back to Niseko again I will definitely stay here. The staff all speaks English. Our room view is amazing. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were all amazing!!! We did the included breakfast and 6 course dinner. We stayed at 11 different hotels in Japan this trip and this one ranks the No. 1. When it’s time to check out, I do not want to leave.

Everything about this property was perfect. From the location, to the views, to the facilities...incredible. But most of all, the service staff here are just top notch. This is ultimately our fault, but we accidentally left behind 2 jackets in the closet. We realized this a few hours after we checked out. When we called, they said housekeeping could not find it. We are 100% sure we left it in the closest, and it's unfortunate that just a few hours after checking out, our jackets could not be located. Hopefully there is a better lost and found process implemented.

Great location on the slopes; Wonderful multilingual staff; full buffet breakfast with lots of options. We enjoyed the gym and the onsen as well. Great ski shop for rentals. The transfer from the airport is a little too expensive
